Ok so i don't have Yuan or Ellen and I'm planning to push Billy to level 60 when I reach IK 50. My Billy is M6R5 his Team is M1R1 Qingyi and Nicole M2R3 so no Crit Buff from Nicole M6 but all of them have their Sig weapon. I have him at Level 50 rn on Woodpeeker/Harmone Punk 51% Crit / 122% Crit Dmg / 2664 Atk% and Pen 24% because I'm using Slot 5 Pen but with what you said i should put a Slot 5 Atk% because Qingyi and Nicole reduce Def and Pen doesn't do anything with for him with this Team right? Should I tryhard to get more Crit on him? I dont have the mats to get a S-Rang W-engine atm so that would be no option for me sadly. Anything else?

Hi, i have a question about billy. At this point in time Caesar's shield increases atk by 1000 which from what people are saying is a lot. Would it still be recommended to go for atk% on disc 5 in that situation or would he get more benefits from dmg%? If it helps i'm considering R5 Starlight replica.

I wasted materials building him for a team 2. I had nekomiya as my main dmg dealer for team 1 but as soon as Qingyi came, Qingyi was the dps on Billy's team 😂 Because now I had Rina to build as well. So much materials and I got Jane and Seth now so Billy is benched

Pretty good video as I'm considering building Billy, but the music is too high for your quiet voice.

Some Additional Weapon Calcs: * R1 Riot Supressor should be in the same tier as Steel Cushion. It's ~5% weaker when Steel Cushions passive is active and slightly stronger when Steel Cushion's passive is inactive. * R5 Cannon Rotor is on the same tier as R5 Starlight Engine (again Starlight's damage is <5% better when it's passive is up, but Cannon Rotor's is universally up and also gets to proc it's passive) I'd recommend R5 Starlight between the two because it's so much easier to farm. - Generally in a real-world scenario with regular subs and play, I'd put the top 3 tiers closer than I've listed on the tier list. I'd still prefer weapons based on the order but realistically Brimstone, Riot Supressor, and R5 Replica are within 5% of Steel Cushion.

I have my Billy MC6 with 5* Replica Maxed so the artifacts and team comp do help in this video. Thank you!

I pledged my mortal soul to Billy after getting his M6 in Qingyi's banner, and Steel Cushion off the standard, but sadly I'm a bit lacking in optimal team options. Qingyi and Nicole are taken by Zhu Yuan, and I don't have Rina. So I have to either run him with Lycaon + Soukaku and lose his sick 100% Ultimate DMG% core passive, or run him with Anby + Lucy and lose on easier stunning and Stun Mult%; I am building M4 Corin on the side just cause she can trigger Core with Lycaon and I can share Billy's build with her. But I LOVE Billy's playstyle better than Corin's...

I’ve been starting to finally look into damage formulas and optimising my damage gains for Billy, and you summing up the research into a single video is a godsend. On this topic, was wondering how well would the R5 Camelia Golden Week W-Engine work for Billy, considering it’s the most F2P option so far in terms of investment? I know that a majority of its effect works only for EX Special Attacks, but would then perhaps building for Energy Gen. be a worthwhile investment? Maybe would it be too much of a detriment to Billy’s ability to build for massive Ult. damage? I’d love to hear your and the other viewers’ thoughts on the topic.

I want to so in a hypothetical future where I am using billy with a hypothetical character that gives 1000 attack buff and brimstone wengine, what main stats should I look for on disc drive 5 and 6?
