Aegon acts hastily while Raynera did not. I couldn’t stand Cole’s hypocrisy and how he projected so much onto everyone else.
"Your father was right about you," he says. Aegon is confused: "He made me king." Otto just chuckles and responds, "Is that what you think?"
He gave away the punchline! LOL! That was brilliant!
I actually liked the beginning and end of this scene a lot! But the middle had these long, dramatic pauses between the two characters, and the pacing slowed down. I don't know if editing some dialogue might have helped, but they should have dialed it up and raise those stakes.
Man Aegon was fantastic in this episode
Aegon had the best lines!
It was a longer episode so they had time for the side character scenes. It didn't bother me.
I've always disliked Otto but he was amazing in his scenes!!!
And Aemond in the whore house curled up had me😂😂😂
Aemond just want a mommy , the brothel scene was sad the madam is a stand in for a caring mom with benefits?
I agree. The pacing in this episode was absolutely painful.
1:58 I think Otto knows about Alicent and Cole
I said the same thing!!!
@@charlenegonzalez3944 when they walked into the council meeting in the beginning of the episode he knew
Awesome review and episode! The trailer had a shot of Heleana and Alicent running away from the funeral, I wonder what made them leave that shot out. I'm starting to realise a good part of the show is left on the cutting room floor. As always Rheanys was the goat this ep, she should have been queen
thanks so much!
This episode was flawless!
I haven't read the source material, but here's a theory; what if Larys finds out about Alicent & Criston & the possibility of a child, could Larys blackmail Alicent into marrying him?
I reckon Larys already knows. He has a LOT of spies but there is something about all the rats that have been present throughout the whole show. What if Larys is a skin changer? He is a rat for sure.
“Poundtown” 😂
Good review mate
thank you :)
Totally off topic but are you going to be recaping the boys this season?
hey unfortuntaely no, the season 3 finale put a bad taste in my mouth
Daeron was shown in S1. Alicent had 4 kids by Vicerys. He's a Targaryen and a Dragon Rider.
What? Really? Like, as a baby?
Ya. We see him as a baby. He gets a dragon as a kid too like his siblings.
@@vikingberzerker1111 I know about him but missed he was shown. I'm like 80% Team Green, just not a fan of CC. He gives me the CREEPS
Just like in season 1 they did not show if daemon really said Heir for a day.they do not show us his response to blood and cheese. Did he say any son or was it a mistake? They don’t show us the full Daemon.
They can't. They are trying to whitewash Rhaenyra
Alicent just walking away from Aegon while he was sobbing was fucked. I hated that part.

me 2 !!!! I get it, they were trying to show that she didn’t get the support she needed from her dad so she can’t give it to her kid but come on!
She wanted support from her dad over choices she’s made. (Sleeping with Cole) He was crying over his child being murdered!
Not true. The blood and cheese scene clearly states that "he said a son for a son." There's your answer. Daemon said it.
