As Juno commented in MOTI's Vid: "The two planets approached the roach limit and now the planets are covered in roaches 😔" but as it turns out: The planets are these 2 videos.
It's interesting how despite being sung by the same person, the tones and lyrics give both covers almost completely different vibes. Juno's Elfilis sounds much calmer, as if they're so assured in their own abilities that they're not about to waste their all against some random little puffball; this is merely a brief amusement/irritation they must take care of before they can get back to destroying planets. Meanwhile, MOTI's Elfilis comes off as more of a braggart, making grandiose claims about their power and (likely self-proclaimed) godhood, and almost seems downright _offended_ that this puny little pink thing, a fellow entity of chaos and destruction, is daring to stand against them to protect a world that's not even his. Of course, in both versions Kirby's response is the same: they kidnapped his friend, so now they're gonna find out what it's like to be roadkill. Because gods mean nothing to a godslayer.
@@joliealbury6936 I noticed it when editing too. Also this comment made me realise that the reason why Kirby uses a truck to kill Elfilis is because animal roadkill and the main theme of these enemies are animal. Just a thought
DUDE THIS IS FUCKING MASTERFUL, HAVING THE JUNO “FOR-GOT-TEN LAND” PLAYING IN THE BACK GROUND OF MOTI, THIS WAS VERY WELL THOUGHT OUT THROUGH THE WHOLE VIDEO
Unless it already exists, I now imagine Two Megalos Approach the Vania Limit. Something like either one or both versions of this song along with Steel's Megalovania, or Steel or a good impersonator doing the Megalovania meme with a Fecto Elfilis theming.
6:12 i kinda wish you used Juno's version here since i feel its better for how he decides to yeet kirbys planet at him cause he wants to go home. Then you switch to the moti lyrics with "i condemn you and your land of dreans to hell". I also wish the "none shall renember you" echo was kept. Other than that, epic
The only minor nitpick I have here is that the whispering "None shall remember you"s in Juno's version weren't here. Other than that, though, this was awesome!
I love how they both capture Fectos ego. I know that he’s basically a god of war, but the way he speaks as if his very word is law works so well. He LITERALLY brung Kirby’s home planet so it could collide with the forgotten world. Both of the songs really make it feel like at the start he’s extremely confident that he’s going to win, but as the fight goes on the more he realizes the threat Kirby poses.
Just wanted to add that he only brung Kirby’s planet into this because he’s mad Kirby isn’t bowing down and that he’s fighting (And winning) against him.
If anyone cares, the Roche limit is the point where a celestial bodies structural integrity gets too weak to withstand gravity and gets torn apart by the body its orbiting. For example in about 50 million years the mars moon Phobos will reach this point and get torn apart by mars‘ gravity and the debris will form rings around mars.
This mashup is great and I’ll be honest MOTI version does kind of pale in comparison to Juno’s atleast in my eyes it doesn’t fit well with the “Righteous fury of a god” that Elfilis’ entire boss fight and character exudes Juno captured that feeling very well in certain parts u can here Steel’s voice fluctuating between a calm sinister voice to a fury and anger of being trapped in the forgotten land and having a chance at getting revenge on all mortals but Kirby still stands in his way
I mentioned it on MOTI’s video proper, but he and Juno both do great takes on Fecto Elfilis MOTI’s Elfilis is more focused on the angelic splendorous side of his personality. Juno’s Elfilis showcases his rage towards being a test subject and towards Kirby, who happens to be the first-and last subject of his ferocity. And I think this mash-up blends both halves together into something TRULY MAJESTIC. Much like how Elfilin and Forgo were two halves, I think both MOTI and Juno’s two halves make a much grander whole.
@@blackphoenix9000 huh never thought about it like that Juno as forgo the rage anger and invasive tendencies and Steel as Elfillin or the emotion that tempers Elfillis’ power I can see the thought process of two halves making up the whole of the conqueror
The fact that both covers use steel as Fecto Elfilis makes each cover flow so smoothly

After MotI’s cover, it felt weird listening to Juno’s without the Latin choir, so I’m glad this remedies it a little

@RockEater217 oh lord no that is SO not why they used the truck XD
I know Juno's version titles Elfilis as the 'God of War' which is Ares, MOTI's Verison sounds like a Lucifer type of role
