The Red Devils who should have been the greatest team in Germany

- The club whose story I am covering today had all the makings of a future giant of German football, however every time they seemed to get going a new downfall ensued. This has led them to struggle to remain in the second Bundesliga, despite the likes of Michael Ballack, Andreas Brehme and Miroslav Klose having starred for them over the years. Not only that, but they were arguably responsible for Germany winning the 1954 World Cup in the Miracle of Bern, with brothers Fritz Walter and Ottmar Walter leading the line, and the core of that Germany squad playing for the club.
In this video we will explore the highs and lows of Kaiserslautern's journey, from their remarkable triumphs on the pitch to the internal and external factors that contributed to their decline. If you like the content liking and subscribing would really help me out a lot.

The thing is that other teams you mentioned come from big cities and big economic regions. Kaiserslautern is a very small city by comparison. It worked for those teams when teams were still limited to three foreign players, tv revenues were lower and there was only one team accepted to the European Cup each year. Now it's endless buying and money rules everything. That wasn't the case back then.
That is very true
Rly good Video bro! Keep up that great work and your channel will grow!
Thank you very much. I'm glad you liked it, check out my other stuff, it's much like this
I'm Scottish, but Kaiserslautern have always been my favourite German team! It's sad to see how much they have fallen!
How did you come to like them of all teams?
@@he_football, I saw them playing in the UEFA Cup in the 90s on tv and just liked the way they played! It's the same reason that Parma are my favourite Italian team!!
@@michaelward5370 It's so weird how one season or one game even can shape our football prefferences
@@he_football, yes I totally agree! All of my favourite teams are teams that I discovered by watching European football on tv, apart from Glasgow Celtic, I grew up supporting them!! Who is your favourite team?
@@michaelward5370 Manchester United, Bayern and Ajax
So many German giants have fallen on hard times
It seems that it is the most unforgiving league in Europe
Thank you my Friend! ❤️🤍
Are you an FCK fan?
I lived in K-Town in 1990-1991. The last time they were any good.
Maybe you should move back to help the team :))
Well, I'm 57 so I could probably be a first teamer.@@he_football
I meant as more of a lucky charm but I hear they have a ton over over 40 leagues in Germany
Good vid again mate 👍
Thank you very much
