Andrew, this is for me. I failed my PMP on 12/9/2023 and had impacted me beyond measure. Thank you so much for making this video. I will start over, get back in your course and plan on retaking the exam. I will pass my next attempt!
I took my PMP Jan 4th and failed. I was devastated! I took a couple days off to understand the task areas that i needed to strengthened. Then, I got back up and studied again. I passed my exam 2/8!! You got this!! That failure pushed me to study differently. Mindset truly is the 🔑

Andrew, thank you for sharing. This is really encouraging. I have been putting off the PMP exam because I am afraid to fail. In 2024 I am going to take my exam. If I fail it will be a lesson learned. When I pass it will be a lesson learned.

Im with you. I love failing and being critisized and always think im an idiot guy who is thirst for knowledge. I used to think im the smartest guy and not going to fail and hate critism but then i realize i'm not growing&learning or evolving with that type mindset.

I planned on taking the CAPM last year but took the PMP. I thought i was so prepared i could do it $500...i failed. I was so sad and down I just stopped trying to study. Im in your uedamy class now for CAMP , and honestly, I'm still feeling like a failure, but this video helps. I have a great woman, Im lead tech at work and in good health. I can do it, thank you sooo much ❤

So true Sir. We always have to remember one thing, we are the CAPTAIN of our OWN SHIP and it is US how we pass each TIDE we come across. The decision is OURS and OURS ONLY. Either we cross it with our HARDSHIPS towards SUCCESS DAWN or we go DOWN with the TIDE and consider CONSOLIDATED COMFORT.

I was at the verge of a panic attack 2 days before my PMP exam, and when I messaged you during your Tuesday live session, you just told me "it's okay to fail and just accept that." I did that, and the next 48 hours, I could remain calm and finally pass my PMP exam too! Thank you, Andrew, for not just being a trainer but also a mentor and a friend.
Also, to all of us facing failures at one point or the other in life, there is an Indian movie called "12th Fail," which is highly motivating and inspiring. Worth a watch to prepare for the exam called LIFE!

You are right. We take our achievements for granted, but Failures hurt more. Which, in a way, is wrong.
I am appearing for PMI PBA next week! I m feeling a deep Anxiety! Mood swings and depression of what if! I keep saying myself i have nothing to loose and atleast i am better than what i was before i started the course and even if i fail i m happy i attempted upgrading my skills and i will keep trying!
"Failure teaches the most important lessons in life, more so than success."...It is more important to know what not to do rather what to do in life....

I just failed my CAPM…. I’m so scared to re take the exam again… coz it’s money n time for the 2nd time… and what if I fail yet again n all that is gone to drain.. 😭😨

Well I failed PMP in first attempt. But I learned that the time management is essential key for the PMP and I'm practicing to excel on it.

A very timely and poignant video Andrew! I myself failed in more than 11 certifications to date, but all what people see are the six very tough certifications (including the PMO 😉)which I have already accomplished through hard work and grit! People simply look at your achievements, minus the efforts, the long hours, and the sleepless nights one had/has to endure!! Case in point: failure is simply part of the journey!
