FIX : Your PC Ran Into a Problem and Needs to Restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you. (0%)
If you'd like to know more, you can search online later for this error: INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE
Many times the following error "Your PC Ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you." makes a lot of trouble for you and it does not even let you login. It automatically goes into the infinite restart loop mode. So here is the solution.
Eventually this error message stands for a very short time. So when you start your system, this error pops up like for a second and then suddenly restarts the system.
So after the error pop up, immediately system restarts and then starts this "Automatic Repair". After sometime it starts "Diagnosing your PC" and finally when it finds out there is nothing to do more, comes up with these tow options "Restart and Advanced Option".
So Before going into the Advanced option for resolving this issue, let me tell you why this situation comes.?
There are multiple reasons which includes,
1) Changes in registry
2) Recent changes in Hardware of the system.
3) Any recent driver insatllation which went wrong.
4) Improper shutdown of the system which includes forcefull shutdown.
Once you go to the "Automatic Repair" screen and Restart the system, it comes with the same error and end up there again only. So Go to the "Advanced Option".
Select the "Troubleshoot" option. Here there are multiple options "Refresh your PC", "Reset your PC", "Microsoft Diagnostics and Recovery toolset" and "Advanced Options". Click on "Advanced Options" as the other options are not going to help you.
Under the "Advanced options" there are again multiple options. "System Restore" which is help full only if you have created a Restore Point. "System Image Recovery" is help full only if the Image Recovery is created. Both these options are not going to help me here as i didnt created both. We already did "Startup Repair" and "Startup Settings" contains different options.
So click on fourth option "Command Prompt" and from here we are going to restore the registry to the previous state prior to the changes.
Go to following Location "C:\Windows\System32\Config\RegBack" and copy all the following files "Default", "SAM", "Security", "Software" and "System" to the previous directory that is "C"\Windows\System32\Config". Before copying these files to the Config folder, please take the back from Config folder.
Once you restore the registry files, restart your system. And magically your system will start again normally.

What I've searched and came to know about this issue is that let your lapi be like this for 1-2days, the problem will automatically be resolved.

@@zaidaltayar1712 no theres actually you process you need to do. In simple terms, it is called like installing a new windows again. Its like a manual factory reset. In most cases you gon lose all your data. If you’re laptop is not so secured, chances are that you gonna get get your files back. But i guess youll lose the warranty if you do it on your own. Anyway its not an issue to worry about. You can do it on your own too. Youll just need another laptop and a pendrive.

I have tried reinstalling windows 10 from USB. All went fine. Used the laptop for 10mins and the "your pc ran into..." popped again and now am back with the same problems...ppfftt

Changed my hdd and ssd. Charger/battery checked. Its still does this after about 20mins of usage after a fresh windows install. Maybe the RAM is faulty or the motherboard/processor itself. Gonna send it to a friend to test the RAM separately just to get an idea. Thanks for your concern bro

This just happened to me, my PC went back to normal after restarting. Almost shat myself.
the video was so helpful but in my other pc the same problem happened and I tried this method but there was no backup files in RegBack folder or c:windows\..\config
egback directory, if this happens on yr computer the best option is to try " reset PC " option then you can choose weather to keep your files or not but I was using grub.. so I wasn't able to do that.
the last option that I had was to create Bootabe usb and reinstalling windows, this way you can't keep your files and settings, it will install a new windows but you can get all your saved files in folder "c : windows.old" directory.

What we are doing here is opening your system32 folder and editing it, so you'll have to remember where the folder is, mine was in D: drive so that's why D: worked for me, something the drive could have other names, so you've got to remember the path

Try this
1. Go to Troubleshoot
2. Select Advance Options
3. Select Startup Setting
4. Press restart button on screen
5. Choose option 7(disable drivers/corrupt signature enforcement) and press 7 or F7. Don’t worry this won’t erase your data or anything else.
6. Wait about 3-5 mins and should boot up computer normally.

If you are getting this problem and you have followed countless vids and instructions from the internet like I did and you can’t even reset your pc because it’s says it can’t what I done was restored windows with a usb that I kept the windows installer I first set my pc up with
If you are not able to get into the Advanced Boot Menu option, and your system is in the continuous restart loop then follow the process shown in this video to disable the Automatic Restart on System Failure :

to see whether you can go to correct path
Hardik Gor many times the drive letter for your operating system just gets changed. So you need to first find out which drive is belongs to your operating system. And then follow the process shown in the video. In order to identify which drive is operating system, just use hit and try method. See the contents of each drives by simply typing "DIR D:\", or "DIR E:\" or continue changing drive letter until you find the operating system drive. Let me know if that helps. Thanks. :)
