However, there are many nice pool villas for rent close to a beach at half that price. $36K USD / yr to rent a property like this anywhere in Hua Hin would have to be considered top of the market pricing. Charging a high premium for lavish fittings, fixtures and furnishings. While appealing, totally over the top for a rental property.
