He can do so much. And I'm not exaggerating! He can deal splash damage from afar, can deal high damage up close, and even tank a PEKKA shot! Very underrated card with many underrated synergies. And don't even get me started on how well he pairs with the fisherman!
Love hunter. So adaptable. Can be used to backup a push, defend hogs or piggies pretty well, destroy a balloon or tanks, and deals occasional hard hitting shots on the tower. Didn't even realize there was a fall... I'd love a buff in any case 💀

Hunter is still very strong. Alone hunter can shut down nearly every push and tank more than you could think. Hes tough to get through on the attack and is even decent at attacking too.
He is very underated, i use goblin giant sparky from the begining, he can singlehandedly defend a lumberloon push or even lavaloon push if having a right placement, sometime u build a counter push without sparky so i use him instead with goblin giant pushing him into the tower and using barb barrel to tank the hunter

My deck is prince,arrows, skeleton army,goblin gang,baby dragon,goblin barrel,hunter, and battle healer this thing has carried me from arena 11 to my current one 18
Look battle healer it's great for defence and turning low troops that defended into decent fighting troops it can take a valk out with princess tower it can take out any wiz close range with nothing else its spawn heal is just pretty good,hunter it's great for anti balloon defeating electro giant when it's with something at least like battle healer or something,baby dragon great splash helps with witches and swarms also support,prince nice a great a card to push opponents its weaknesses are helped with arrows,arrows it's great built up swarm destroyer helps take take down weak towers, skeleton army it's great for cards like ebarbs and prince mini pekka etc..., goblin gang my second swarm it is usefull when the other swarm has been used against one thing its nice to have a secondary it helps with just more and it's great against morter and inferno dragon and a eh pusher, goblin barrel it's good for when my troops cannot hit the tower it's also good for when I push with something everthing gets distracted on that while the barrel does damage. The deck trys build up cards when they go on defenseand heal up and turn into one tanky group maybe not the reliable strat that's why there is goblin barrel it's not the best but it fits for me I am f2p I have four evos skeleton,firecracker,royale giant,royale recruits.
Imo give back hunter his range and tighten the spread of his shotgun. This should make him more consistent while he's not at point blank range If that's not enough then give him either more bullets per shot, more damage, or more health
i feel like it was kinda a miss to not talk about fisherman hunter the entire rg meta was based on how strong the synergy between rg fisherman and hunter was you play the rg, it blocks the bridge and threatens tower damage. fisherman pulls stuff off the rg and riiight into the full blast of the hunter it was such a good use of the hunter while it lasted, which was a good length of time though nowadays the hunter has just been power crept and now rg uses phoenix over hunter (which tells you how strong phoenix is if it can replace a 4 elixir pekka)
he should cost only 3 elixir, or give him a heath boost or slightly more attack speed. takes ages for him to retarget his attack if a troop hes trying to kill dies, then he just stands there frozen in place until he dies, making him completely useless.

The main issue with Hunter is the same issue with Bowler: *Slow Hit Speed and Range!* The only difference is Bowler finally found his Niche by countering Champions and Evolutions.
No the difference with hunter and why he isn’t good is that he is very specific and while he himself is an ok card it isn’t as versatile and u have to play him in a certain deck to make the most of him.
