The tank is quite OK. You can get 160 to 180 Kilometres around town before the fuel light comes on and better than 230 Kilometers before the fuel light comes on when out of the city. Or if you prefer 16 to 18 Kilometres per litre in town and 23 to 26 Kilometres per litre out on the highway. 5th gear is already an overdrive so you can easily get by with 5 gears (come March 2021 I'll have had mine for 11 years).

That’s a testament to the Fury’s reliability and comfortable riding characteristics. I rode a chopper by a now defunct company a few years back and it was uncomfortable after the 5 mile demo ride. I have a 2010 Fury . I drove a 2021 harley 48 from my friend the other day and the Fury drives better even if its 12 yrs old . Never had problem with it since .
The Honda Fury was always the nicer ride out of the "newer" three 1300cc models (Sabre, Fury, Stateline), despite sharing the same power plant and final drive. There is definitely a huge difference in feel, offered by its funky ergonomics. What you said about Hondas' timing was the key. Not only were they late to the chopper game in general, but worse yet, from its' announcement to when dealers received them, was over a year of waiting! A lot of customers pulled their deposits as they got tired of waiting. Regardless, it is an awesome bike for the money, if you like the styling.
Had a 2012 fury great bike. If you are going to ride like a idiot riding between vehicles at a stop lights at least use some brain cells and don't film it. I've rode with people that have done that and have been hit and not to mention its against the law in all 50 states. It gives riders like me that follows the rules a bad name.
So this must be a tiny market segment that Honda can still serve with little to no expense, other than materials. But you have to know this is more cruiser, with part Chopper, than anything else. If you were riding for the "pose" and did a few miles now and then, it works.
Fury or Raider, is my next bike, gave up on the Harley as a last bike. I don't want to fix ANYTHING, I just want to ride!! Low and slow, right now the Z is just too tempting to act up....at 59 crashing hurts, no more stunts!
I wouldn't take one of those bikes if you gave it to me. I'm stunned they're still making them. Let's put that Africa Twin 1100 engine in a cb500F frame.
Bunnyshooter 223 - I am a naked bike guy and the Rebel is not my style of bike at all as it's a cruiser but Honda has put an 1100 parallel twin in it, which would make it a fun bike. But not as fun as an upright naked such as the cb500F with that 1100. Call it the cb1100F.
Dude said "Sorry... Lbs/feet of torque." Instant Hall of Fame... one of my peeves, the whole "foot-pounds" thing. 🙄 It's pounds-feet. And don't argue-- you're wrong, and this man is correct. 😂
It's attractive, looks the part, likely dependable. Honda's to me are motorcycle appliances, they just don't have the character. I owned a Shadow years ago (only because sportsters were backlogged by 6-8 months in the late 80s) and grew tired of it quickly. The value drops like cannonball. Buy a used Honda.
Motorcyclist, "Honda's been making this bike since 2009..." XR650L, {takes a long drag of his cigarette, stares at MC with a look of both introspect and weariness} "Sit down kid, let me tell you about 1992..."
Ahh, the Fury - bonkers to think that it wears a Honda badge, yet the obvious choice for when you can't afford or get your grubby paws on a Goldwing; wonder if Honda SA will bring it in, yet also wondering how many times over we'll have to pay as opposed to what we should... Great video as per use, guys! :D
Why do you think it's right to go between cars that are stopped at the intersections. I would never listen to anyone with that kind of attitude and I'm unsubscribing immediately. It's people like you that make riders look bad.
Although he's NOT doing it legally lane filtering IS legal in california. As well as the majority of the world. In ca to be legal you must be in between two lanes of traffic travelling the same direction.
To bad they only have a little over 3 gallon tank which isn't enough to get anywhere before you need gas. And the power has really been decreased after they took it from the carburated VTX and put fuel injection init. Now it's only 53 hp, down from 74 in the VTX. And another downfall is it doesn't handle as well. It mainly just a street running bar hopper.
A great bar hopper cruiser-type bike. But I would have loved to see the former VTX 1800 engine in the Fury instead of the 1300cc engine. Imagine that thing with 1800cc...
The good part about this bike is it's a Honda so you can own it and ride it for 20 years until it becomes popular again.

You people joke about how old or long this bike has been on the road but you don’t see any OCC or Iron Horse Choppers out there any more. That’s a testament to the Fury’s reliability and comfortable riding characteristics. I rode a chopper by a now defunct company a few years back and it was uncomfortable after the 5 mile demo ride. Dam thing nearly sent me to the spine doctor for back surgery. Lol
I have the Honda Interstate - Chopper Bagger for Old Geezers...LOL Love the Fury Frame Low Rider Styling! Plenty Fast Enough! Raked out cornering will surprise the newbies... My 4 gal tank is only good for 150mi... The Fury tank has what, 100mi range? and I wish my bike had more range! I added Engine guard, Sissybar, LED headlight, and Stereo...
Another great review by Adam Waheed.
Hope in comes into my region. Sleek design and love the handlebars. Transmission noise prevails. Absolutely different riding purpose and techniques.
Enjoy ☺️
Got my 2019 Fury a month ago . Coming from a blackbird. Nice to have fun at 0-35
These have the same engines as the VTX's models. I have a 06 VTX 1300 C and its badddddd assss
@Bunnyshooter 223 your right! My VTX got balls i can just imagine these bikes since they are EFI
after not riding 10+ yrs i bought my 2019 right off the transfer truck. handling is no problem right from get go if u are aware that front rakes make for different handling. thought about adding passenger seat and soon said "nah, i want to ride this baby all by myself." Gf wasnt too happy with that so I added a 2016 stateline to my garage lol
I got a 2020 Lowrider S and my dad just got a 2016 honda fury. Honestly I love the look and feel of it, but I'm power hungry so I'll stick with mines. All in all, the Honda Fury is a very stylish motorcycle.
I feel like each word this man said was its own sentence...
❤ most informative video on the Honda fury that I have seen.
You have to see it in person to appropriate the looks.
I think that makes sense, to make sure you really get it right
Never met anyone that owned a fury and didn’t love it.
Does this bike not come with turn signals? I'm guessing not because I never saw you use them.
I don’t want one, but am somehow elated that a huge corporation like Honda will make goofy sh*t like this.
Goofy shit? Google "Honda NM4"...
Great review Adam, your are the best! Too many MC's, too little time...
Beautiful bike I'm sold on it and plan on getting one
I have a 2010 Fury . I drove a 2021 harley 48 from my friend the other day and the Fury drives better even if its 12 yrs old . Never had problem with it since .
Very cool review, dude. Well this isn't my segment of bike, I certainly think it would absolutely be an interesting ride. Would love to give it a try.
Outstanding review 👍
Can't wait to get mine.
Honda bring back the vtx 1800,that bike was a monster
This ought to be interesting!
Had a 2012 fury great bike. If you are going to ride like a idiot riding between vehicles at a stop lights at least use some brain cells and don't film it. I've rode with people that have done that and have been hit and not to mention its against the law in all 50 states. It gives riders like me that follows the rules a bad name.
not all 50 states. There are a few where it is legal and a few where there is no specific law for or against.
I do have 2016 what l think is the engines cuts pretty early not sure the rpm but very quickly after you hit the gas .
I have one, amazing a reliable chopper that handles, I did air filter, computer, full exhaust
By computer you mean tuned the ecu?

This will be my next bike
Other than this bike does Honda make anything else to compare like a cruiser that has some juice ?
Adam -- A ride and review on the Shadow next?
awesome review thanks for the submission....
I didn't know they still made them. Not sold in Australia anymore.
I like how you make your own rules for the road , nice bike
As near to a work of art as a production motorcycle gets...
Nice color too bad was wasted on this bike instead of Honda bringing back the Shadow RS and using this deep blue on it.
I gotta be honest Im not a fan of this motorcycle but I am a fan of your reviews which is why I'm here.
Dude said "Sorry... Lbs/feet of torque." Instant Hall of Fame... one of my peeves, the whole "foot-pounds" thing. 🙄 It's pounds-feet. And don't argue-- you're wrong, and this man is correct. 😂
Why does it feels like you are reading off a script one word at time?
Yeah I found his manner of speaking with a noticeable pause between words to be distracting and annoying...so yeah I noticed....then bailed..
Yep it’s very annoying and hard to listen to, especially once you have noticed it, it gets worse!
Motorcyclist, "Honda's been making this bike since 2009..."
XR650L, {takes a long drag of his cigarette, stares at MC with a look of both introspect and weariness} "Sit down kid, let me tell you about 1992..."
Looks cool
"Production chopper" just sounds... weird. I do get it, but still... if no hacksaw, torch or angle grinder touched it, how is it "chopped"?
That empty space under the tank ruins it.
I love my Fury !!
I-cant-talk- while-i-am-riding-a-motorcycle 🤖
Dude needs speech training.
Thank you for this video. Mass production "art?"
If that's the case, I humbly apologize.
I... bought... one ..... and ... love... it....
It mainly just a street running bar hopper.
whats new, if anything for 2020? (steep is not the right word for the 'rake'. "long' is the word)
I never liked the styling of the Honda chopper models. Great engines though. I think Yamaha nailed it with the Raider & Stryker choppers.
A great bar hopper cruiser-type bike. But I would have loved to see the former VTX 1800 engine in the Fury instead of the 1300cc engine. Imagine that thing with 1800cc...
And a 6th gear
