Hunter messes up more than he does good. I like the channel especially when Hunter isn’t acting so goofy and talking messing around instead of working. Need to keep him off the channel but a shot here and there until he matures up some. You would get a lot more done if Holly was in charge. Last 3 videos I’ve watched Hunter has tore up something. Need another good operator/ crew leader or someone to help you keep eye on things In the field. Looks like you do a great job keeping great equipment and all for them to work with and some don’t take care of it like they should from watching the videos. Liking the channel and wish you the best.

Caleb. I can guarantee you, that you are losing money with the crew that you have. Need to crack the whip. Why doesn’t the guy get off the equipment and help load the bucket. He just sits there. Time=$$$$. Too much standing around.
We have had a talk or two with hunter about getting off and helping. He's usually pretty good.
