Awesome video and great fishing Captain C,C, an eight pounder is awesome on line and good number,, 22, of fish for today too, thanks for the trip, tumbes up and good day from Down Under,, Tony.
That fish has a monster head for an 8 pounder. That fish was for sure over 10 pounds previously. Hopefully you catch this fish again in the future when it's back over 10 pounds. Well done CC, shoot yeah!
As someone who throws glide baits and swimbaits that I spend hundreds of dollars on…😅 watching this really humbled me lol we can spend all the money in the world on lures to catch trophy’s but this guy has probably caught just as many bass as butch brown with his live shiners! Got to love it!👍🏻
You need to fish during the months of June through Sept. Use heavy tackle and big circle hooks! Fish where the bait is! Tarpon fishing here is hard, even during the peak of the season! They'll be days where you might not even see a fish let alone hook one! Big mullet and pogies are my favorite baits! The beach, Inlet, bridges and deep channels in the ICW are the best places! Patience and time on the water will be the key to catching one of these monsters! Good luck to ya!
