    I enjoy the flow. I do use my couch as prop it feels good and safe. I’m 77 years old been doing yoga all my adult life. More standing wrist free would be appreciated.

    Ohhhhh My God ... This can't not be a coincidence .... Yesterday I went to sleep late because my work... Tomorrow I woke up late (I'm an entrepreneur) I had my 15 minutes of meditation, then my breakfast to begin to work again... After my lunch ... I decided to take a nap to recover energy and well no Yoga during the day (I thought).... But early I decided to practice at my 5 pm today... Checking my notifications ... A new class of Teacher Bird? 😵😵😵 ... How can she knows that I didn't my practice today?? 😕😕😕 ... (one of my friends usually ask... "are you psychic??? 😅😅😅😅) ... I don't believe that our beautiful teacher Bird be Psychic... I prefer to think that she's an 😇😇😇 caring of all of us in here 😀😀😀😊😊😊

    Thanks for such a fab sequence, my whole right arm is niggling so I’m resting it.. bonus i noticed , is that as haven’t done much work on balance in the past few months and it’s true you lose it if you don’t move it.. 🤪🙏🏻💜

    Pls make more 1 hr long CHALLENGING/STRONG /DYNAMIC wrist free yoga sessions (vinyasa or hatha) for intermediate level 😊 ..(without blocks)

    Awesome ses ion! I do it every morning and I really enjoy it! But I have a question, should we keep the breathing rythm Just the way you say it, or are we supposed to breath in between too? Some poses are kept for quite long time and I keep running out of breath 😄😅

      You can add breaths in between! Lol some poses I guide the breathe synchronicity once just so you can have time to explore it on your own. Don’t breathe once for 1 minute lol...that’s not good. This goes to say, do what feels best. If you’re running out of breath your not honouring yourself. Other poses I guide the breath as we move. This should be done as guided but if your new it can be difficult so breathing more is completely fine just remember to inhale lift exhale lower when in a flow type class. If it’s not enough breathes slow down and take an extra breath where you are.

    Can u please make 35-40 min wrist free classes with sequence including crescent lunge, airplane lunge, airplane pose, crescent moon, twisting prayer lunge, warriors, extended side angle, revolved side angle, chair pose, yogi squat, triangle, reverse triangle, pyramid, boat pose, bow pose, shalabasana, camel pose, half moon pose, sugarcane pose, dancers pose, prayer squat, moon God, sun God, gate pose, dolphin pose, bridge pose, tree pose, standing split, extended hand to big toe in a flow... For intermediates ☺. .
