This was one of the best RUclips flows I have ever done. You covered just about everything in a short time. I loved how long we held the last twist and I also appreciate how you allow silence and just your awesome music. Too many teachers talk too much which I find distracting 😊

I have flat feet! Some poses I struggle with balance. Before I did yoga I couldn't even stand on one foot without toppling over! Any advice for flat footers? 🤣 I'm definitely way better!
I love your voice. It helps me center and relax. I also love most of your classes. However, this one doesn't do it for me because I get bored with the repetition. With all the many yoga posture why is a "FLOW" class usually the Sun Salutation followed by the same postures?
A flow style yoga is a sequence that connects each pose in a intentional manner that makes sense which usually includes syncing breath with movement as well. A vinyasa is where we flow from chaturanga 👉 updog 👉 downdog. Vinyasa basically translates to “flow” so naturally you will see sunsalutations in most flow classes. This is a great transitioning sequence to add into any flow routine to help build the fire within that is usually what flow is intended for. I sequence classes in a way that i personally enjoy which makes this my style of teaching and i dont think anyones style of teaching should be questioned. Thats why theres many many teachers out there. Theres truly a teacher for everyone. if free classes arent giving you exactly what you need there are many teachers who will teach you one on one so that you can get exactly what you need and can meet your expectations. However If you have not already, i highly recommend cat meffan and boho beautiful if you are looking for more explorative poses and sequences, i really enjoy them both ❤️

I know my classes wont be for everyone but thats why theres so much room for teachers in this space to share what they genuinely enjoy with those who can relate thats why i always share teachers who i think may resonate more with anyone who expresses my class wasn’t enjoyable. Because you should enjoy yoga 🤗❤️
