Thank you for this amazing video I have been struggling with my breath lately it feels like it won't reach my chest even in yoga it's shallow and sometimes painful I know it's from anxiety,if anyone has techniques or solutions please share it with me

I recommend to try upper body stretches 💘 it will help with anxiety and create more space within the chest and upper back for a deeper breath 💘
