Bout damn time. So many "football fans" that don't understand how great a player this man was. He was sadly overshadowed by so many other legends from that era, all because they didn't win a Super Bowl like guys like Jack Lambert. Congrats and long overdue Randy
I was asked by my coach in 1977 to speak at a Little League Awards Banquet. I was All Conference offensive lineman. Mr Randy Gradishar was the Key Note Speaker. What an amazing man he is. This was one of the high lights in my life. Congratulations, Mr Gradishar. So, so long overdue. 😊
I'm a Denver Native born and raised there, and I am so happy for Randy it is about time!!!!!!!!!!! Should have been in the Hall of Fame a long time ago!!!
I had the honor of meeting Randy Gradishar years ago and was amazed at just how wonderful a guy he is. He sat and spoke with my wife and I like we were old friends and I never forgot that. He signed a few pictures for us and I really enjoyed spending time with him.
Outstanding Recognition for One of the Greatest Linebackers/Defender/Team Leaders in the History of NFL Professional Football!!! It's taken way too long, but it's well-deserved...and having those special Team mates there to celebrate with him makes it so much emotionally deeper experience!!! Way to go Hall of Fame!!!
I remember Randy so well both in his college days and at Denver (some of those games survive on video) He made an excellent transition from college to the NFL which many don't. Fine career and deserving of the HOF.
It's about time God bless you Randy! His Daughter and my Son were born on the same day and they were next to each other in the nursery shook Randy's hand and congratulated outside the nursery what a great guy!
After listening to him during this video, I knew that he was a great playerfrom watching him on TV when he was in college, as well as a Bronco. Randy is still so humble and thankful for his teammates. Most Broncos do not realize that if not for his knee injury in college, that he would have been long gone before drafting him with the 14th or 15th pick. If Randy had been completely healthy, he would have been gone at 4 or 5. Randy had a torn ligament in his knee that was fixed but some doctors said they were unsure. Ralston Called Woody hayes and asked him about the knee and was assured that it was fine and that RG would play for a decade or more and be his best player. I actually met him in Colorado Springs where he lives and works and he is the nicest man ever. I asked him about that and he told me when playing, that he was so competitive. Randy also said that many people confuse nice with weakness. Congrats to such a deserving man for the Hall of Fame.
Congrats, Randy. Atwater will always be my favorite defensive player - if they ever send him to induct a WR, they might refuse to answer the door out of fear.
Woody Hayes said Randy Gradishar was the Best Football Player he Ever coaches. Woody went to Randy’s Parents house to Personally Recruit Randy. Congratulations Randy-2000 Plus tackles!!! Well Deserved!!!! Yeah Ohio!!! Go Buckeyes!!!! 🏈🏈🏈🏈🏈😊😉😎❤️🙏
How is TJ not in the HALL? Look at 1977 in the regular season, and the PITT PLAYOFF DIVISIONAL GAME that same season or, or what happened to Denver’s defense after an injury totally sidelined JAX right before halftime of SUPER BOWL XXI in his last game ever. With TJAX = 10-9 BRONCS.. WITHOUT JAX= 30-10 GIANTS. And, if they can put Hester in for kickoff/punt returning TDs in an era where blocking and releasing to head downfield on punts, or kickoffs which come/came from further upfield, is/was somewhat more restricted making it easier to return kicks for big gains/TDs,now/within the last fifteen seasons vs. the rules back in the ‘70’s&’80’s, then..HOW IN THE BLEEP IS RICK UPCHURCH not in the HALL for his returning of punts and kickoffs for longer gainers and/or TDs, in a much more difficult era to do just that breaking free, including dealing with flying wedges and defenders heading downfield as the long snap was occurring and also as the kick was hitting the foot of the punter? Or, how are FUMBLE RETURNER AND INTERCEPTOR FOR TDs=BILLY THOMPSON and SHUTDOWNER LOUIS WRIGHT out of the secondary..NOT IN THE HALL? If they played in NEW YORK OR PITT OR LA, THEY WOULD BE IN!
Bubba Baker had 131 sacks! and he's not in the Hall of Fame😡 he broke Michael Strahan's record when they didn't count SACKS. It's a shame he's not in the Hall of Fame. He was a sack machine they have guys in the Hall of Fame that don't belong there but Bubba Baker does.
Please do NOT make the new uniforms include white helmets. It looked horrible and too similar to the Bills. Update the pre- SB32 uniforms, powder blue and orange with the current logo and powder blue helmets.

Billy and TJ being there is just perfect. More than deserved and far, far overdue- congrats Randy!!!
And Lyle, of course, is congratulating Randy from up above

It’s about damn time! Can’t believe it took this long. Had the pleasure of meeting Randy once. Humble, super nice guy.
I'm a Denver Native born and raised there, and I am so happy for Randy it is about time!!!!!!!!!!! Should have been in the Hall of Fame a long time ago!!!
Honored to give the #53 👍🏻 to this post acknowledging the HOF induction and career of my favorite Bronco!!
One of the Greatest of all time finally getting what he deserves waiting so long so many broncos are not recognized Orange Crush Forever
I'm glad Tom Jackson was there for this. I've been a fan since Randy played for Denver. Congrats!
Wow!!!! A group of great players. 👍 Go, Broncos!!!
As a diehard Raider fan in the 70’s this is overdue. Didn’t seek headlines, just played solid football.
Respect
What a nice, humble fellow. I remember his aggressive play and his name called time after time.
I'm so happy for Randy!! I watched him growing up.
This is so cool! Great job Broncos honoring a legend and congrats Mr. Gradishar! 🧡💙
Randy is right. This is an individual honor for him. It's also a team honor for the Orange Crush Defense. Congratulations! That's well deserved.
❤Randy 🙏 Pray for your family, too. Well deserved 👏👏👏👏👏👏
Randy graduated from the same small town high school that I did and we're so proud of him. Congrats Randy
Champion needs to show out at the HOF ceremony 😂
All I can say is thanks for the memories and congratulations...
"Were you any good?" Love it. Congratulations!!!!

Classy group of guys!

It's been a long time coming glad he finally got recognized.
I miss TJ on TV. Love that man. Go Buckeyes.
Love Gradishar! When I was in 4th grade it was 77 and that was the Orange Crush! Gradishar was brutal and awesome.
It's about time God bless you Randy! His Daughter and my Son were born on the same day and they were next to each other in the nursery shook Randy's hand and congratulated outside the nursery what a great guy!

Longggggg overdue. Congrats Randy.
It's nice to see this man still young enough to get to actually enjoy being in the fraternity.
So humble.
About time, still don't understand why this guy is not featured more in highlights and such,he was one of the best LB's ever.
*GOOOO BRONCOS* 🏈🐎
🎉🏈🧡💙congrats; so well-deserved! I have the most awesome memories of the orange crush defense!💪🏻👈🏼👏
As a Raider fan I have to say "This is well overdue!". Only Tom Jackson wrecked more havoc in our backfield during this era.
We moved to Loveland in 1977 from back east where I had been a Steeler fan. Randy quickly became my favorite player. He was Jack Lambert with teeth :)
One hell of a player.
Hallelujah!!
So great to finally see this happen. The "Orange crush" defense helped put the Denver Broncos on the map.
Tom Jackson and Billy Thompson belong in that to.
One of woodys boys. A ohio state legend
This should have happened a long long time ago. And I am a Californian Eagles Fan
Hopefully, this gets more "Orange Crush" defensive players into the NFL HOF.
Love the old unis
Congrats, Randy. Atwater will always be my favorite defensive player - if they ever send him to induct a WR, they might refuse to answer the door out of fear.
About damn time...
Yea great honor great football player

Welcome Home Randy!
O-H!
A crime making Gradishar wait that long
I hope they do the same for Billy Thompson.
Actually thought he was already in
Long overdue Randy. It’s a damn travesty it took this long. Great Job Randy well deserved
How does this guy not make sooner?
At long last Randy’s finally in.
🎉🎉🎉🎉 🧡💙
If they could measure heart, Tom Jackson would have been a HOF first ballot!
Now, it's time for the team to retire his number. That to me would just solidify his legend.
old teammates being there for him,so overdue to a great player
It was damn time for god sakes!

Where is the big guy that used to this by himself
