The excellent part is that it's in the hills, mostly flat, and is not entirely on the caissons. The property is only worth a lot to the one it is designed for. Advertising a home for sale that is not really for sale, is just for the market. At 500 mil, it means it's meant for the one. It means not affordable or not really for sale.
The housing market needs to deflate quite a lot, vat and taxes must come down since church and state are both failures to the masses.
