it's amazing how every real estate stroy sounds exactly the same: early small successes leads to taking loans that are supposed to finance bigger, riskier projects. still bigger loans are taken based on previous projects that are there to pay off previous loans....and at some point, you're leveraged out. you're loans returns and future commitments are bigger than anything you can actually sell. and that's it.

Nile probably underestimated the cost of "The One". At some point he realized that the house is not going to sell, because the 5 people that can afford it are not interested, and he was way too in to back off. So he rebranded this whole thing as world changing PPV platform with crypto and a bunch of others buzz words in order to try to sell it to some companies or media that might have an interest in that. This whole thing is just a promo campaign.

The problem is this guy was too hyper and desperate with his marketing of the house. The house seems a failure, bc of him. And nobody will pay high for that stink.
