- Yoga for Acidity and Digestion issues.Dhanurasana .This is one of the important yogic postures which is known for many health benefits and advantages such as
Weight lose
Improves flexibility
Strengthening the lower back
And upper body
Good for lethargy
Massages ur liver
Treats diabetes
Blood cleansing
Massages thyroid and adrenal glands
Treats slip disc
Precautions:
Those who suffer from spinal cord should not perform this pose.
Stomach injury surgery will not perform
Consult a doctor before beginning this asana
Preparatory poses
Before practising dhanurasana u need to practice one of the asanas:
Bhujang asana
Shalabasana
Virasana
Supta virasana
Shavasana
Dhanurasana:
Steps of dhanurasana
Lie down on ur back
Exhale bend ur knees and hold the ankles with ur hands
While inhaling raise the thighs head chest as high as possible
Try to maintain weight on the lower abdomen
Breathe normally
Exhaling brings down the head and legs up to the knee joint.
After practising dhanurasana
You have to practice a
relaxing pose
Such as
Setu bandh asana
Chakraasana
Ustrasana
Matsyasana
Or any other asana
You can hold dhanurasana for 15-20 seconds
Practice dhanurasana
At least 4-5 times to get all the benefits of this position.
