Idk if you type accent letters in your essays (like é, è, à, etc) but does the mx keys act the same as the macbook pro keyboard? What I mean is like on the macbook pro you can just tap and hold on the letter of your choice and then choose the accent, can you also do that with the mx keys?
Yep! You can adjust the exact preferences in Apple's keyboard settings for whatever language you have. I was able to use it for typing in Spanish by using the same keys my MacBook uses.
It's typically about a 5 second lag from the waking up. I keep my computer's display lid open so I can just use touch ID for quicker waking up/unlocking.
@@techdevicenews yeah I noticed the keyboard from apple never. Seems to lag at all but my logi (same one you have) seems to have that annoying lag. I kept it because it is soooooo convenient to have one keyboard and mouse for all 3 of my computers and can drag stuff from box to box

i get you have to use what you already have for a video, but no reasonable student should buy this imo
