Even my grandmother said Shohei ohtani would be MVP
And your lovemy grandmother is right!!
Can you imagine if the Angels got into the playoffs and the excitement to see Ohtani dominating in key elimination games. The global sports world will erupt!
If they can get their bull pen right they should make the playoffs next season. I think their batting line up is good enough once Trout comes back
Cy Young contender with a few votes, but he won’t win. Maybe next year. 🥰
Thank you for this content! maybe next time you can showcase his speed with his steals and slides. 🙌🏻
those broken Japanese comments sound exactly like every anime character trying to rap. always made my day
I love his pitching, even more than hitting.
I'm already looking forward to his pitching next season.
Cy Young, MVP, Golden Glove, Silver Slugger, Emmy, Golden Globe, Academy Award, Nobel Peace ☮️ Prize
This Dude! Amazing!
I miss his pitching
Honestly he should be the Cy Young winner since he contributes massively outside of starts. The Cy Young award is for best PITCHER. What other pitcher plays every day? I guess you could be pedantic and say he's a DH on days he doesn't start but WAR doesn't lie.

Shohei Ohtani MVP 100%
Nope he’s not American
@@bullymaguire6722 shut up what do u mean racist

@@bullymaguire6722 ジョークだとしても面白くねえぞ?
His pitches in the low to mid 80s are nasty!
Just give him everything he deserve, MVP, Cy Young Award, etc,,. He is amazing!! All he need is a better catcher.
what's wrong w/ Suzuki?
@@xslash10x Neither Suzuki nor Stacy, They can't catch his balls. Since they drops so much.!!! And then becomes a wild pitch!! The Angels have to bring a better catcher from Japan.
A year ago, if I told you a ace pitcher will be a home run king. No one would believe
How many pitchers have as many games with 2 or fewer runs allowed than Ohtani? I think he earned more than 2 runs in a game only 3 times, against the Rangers, the Yankees and another one.
before this season even Japanese heavy suppoters didn't expect pitcher and hitter both level so good at the same time. like, this is for pitcher for getting cy award, and next year focusing hitter and aiming to more than 50 HR. but you see, he is making those at once at this level!! aaaaaa!!!!!!
I think the MVP should be renamed the Otani Award.
He needs to be playing for a contender. The Yankees could be dominant for years to come with this guy he'd be well worth a multi-year deal worth half a billion
Your one of those guys huh. Anyways time to explain to your small little brain he can play any team not some "contender" team. When it comes to awards its about your own talent and skill not the entire team. Also reason he dont play with yankees is cause they wont let him play a 2 way. There is your answer.
Yeah, it's possible, with Trout making 37 million a season & Rendon making 35 million per, the Angels might not be able to pay Ohtani, what's he worth 50 million a season?
When his contract is over, teams will chase him. All teams probably
@@eduardocontreras1030 small little brain? Wow. It was my opinion. No need to be rude
Just give him all the awards this year. If there ain't an award for it make it, and give it to him.
that splitter is insane 🤯🤯🤯
Ohtani was hyping up for this battle. His fastball typically only touches 96-98, but he was hitting 100s consistently during this at bat. And his slider is always his go to strike out pitch. I bet Trout was expecting it, but that movement is just too good.
Clean ! Smooth ! No cheat on pitching ! Fun to watch ! My GOAT
ピッチャーがここまでカッコいいことに気づいたのは大谷のおかげ。
His pitching has some thining more than numbers. 🔥
