Oh that’s not good. Maybe it’s faulty? But I hook mine with input of guitar going into the input of the distortion pedal and output of distortion into the input of the noise suppressor and output of noise suppressor into the input of the amp. Is that how you used it?
I have one and works as good as my ISP Decimator. It's a deal!

I just realized I need a noise gate , Compressor and a BBE .
