I 100% agree. I've been here almost 2 years and I don't really plan on leaving any time soon. (Unless I decided to go flatbed). This video is just for those eho are looking for a company to start with and don't have anyone to give them any direction. Which a lot of us don't, in the beginning. But I agree KLLM is a great long term company if you don't plan on going Tanker or Flatbed
TMC offers flatbed after 90 days. TMC rates suck right now. Great company, but rates are terrible. Sweating and busting your ass for 30% of $600 for a load that goes 500 miles
I mean, I've seen some guys check, and it seems like the potential to make good money is still there. And what do you mean by flatbed after 90 days? You may be thinking of another company. TMC does flatbed primarily, and I've never seen anything other than such. In fact, you're trained on a flatbed trailer out the gate. I spoke with trainers over there and a recruiter, and when you go out with a trainer, you ride with him with a flatbed trailer, and when you first go solo, you have a flatbed trailer. I've never even seen them with a dry van or reefer trailer before. Either we're talking about 2 different companies, or I misread your comment. As far as the rates, you could be right. It's been over 3 months since I've talked to anyone over there. Things could have changed.
I work at KLLM and i wouldnt say its just a starter company. I think theyre a pretty good company in general.

What about Roehl?
Eh, I haven't heard anything bad about them, but I also haven't heard much good, either. I don't know much about them at all really.
