Thanks brother. I had to remove the climate control bezel after trying to insert an SD card of MP3’s in to the slot, but in the dark while driving, I accidentally inserted it into the DVD slot. I couldn’t get it out and the radio scanned the DVD every few minutes, /sensing something was in there, and kept giving me a disk error message. I finally don’t have to deal with that issue anymore after your video. Thanks
Ty for sharing how to remove the radio and bezel. But I would like to know how do you replace only the touch screen? I was trying to change one of the preset buttons and the screen cracked. Does that second unit come apart?

Can you replace the deck with an aftermarket double din and still be able to use the features of the heat/ a/c system thru touchscreen? otherwise it would look like you have two touch screens!? I was going to custom the dash on the lower half to fit a double din and hook up a system. but dont know if i would have to replace the climate controls to someplace else and possibly remove the whole thing and put an older version of the climate controls... or some thing. kinda lost on this decision. please help if you can.
Is there any After Maket Radio (big screen 7"+) that can be used to replace this OEM radio and still keep the functionality of the AC and all the settings?
I have a Chrysler 2012 300,I love the car,but I didn't know they experience so many problems ,A.C. circulating button dont work,radio dont work,recall on the alternator and air bags,it has a list of problems that has me thinking twice bout a up grade
The A/C recirculation is a stupid $50 chip that needs to be replaced thats all. I did it myself. Rear view camera is the same way needed to be replaced. Did that as well.
any suggestions on what to do if my hands-free system Frozen? I do everything else but my I can not use my phone or pair anything to it. can I reset it some how ?
My dumb ass originally thought you had to pop off the surround going around the screen and broke it. This is so much easier and better.

This looks very helpful but was the shifter still in park or neutral? I have the 5speed transmission with the taller shifter that may get in the way?
Shift to park and before starting removinh unplug your battery negative.

Would you happen to know why the screen wont turn on?
I'm told the 16 digit code to activate the sat nav is on the back of the radio.

Edwin Angeles try disconnect the negative terminal on the battery for 10 minutes. everything should reset
My screen is cracked. Where can I buy just the screen? Screen is still working, just the touch doesn't respond.
