My double din has an orange wire used for the light dimming. My adapter has no orange wire. What do I do with it? Also, the red wire to ignition, i dont know where to plug it
@@khmerohio would you recommend it if disconnecting an existing line output converter? I have to splice into the rear speaker wires to disconnect the converter is what It looked like.
I'm a mechanic and any and everything when it comes to cars and I've installed plenty of radios and this particular car I don't know why you cut all that stuff in the back when it was obvious the only thing that needed cutting was the bottom trim cause that's all I ever cut is that bottom trim and your double din will fit don't know why you didn't do that in the first place .....no need for the removal of that metal peice or none of that extra stuff you did......trust me I've installed so many double dins in this particular car its ridiculous....if you just trim down that bottom piece and that bottom piece only, your double din fits and clears everything that's in the back and fits perfectly again no need for the removal of the metal plate and no need for the cutting of anything in the back .....try again
You know what you're doing! your awesome! thanks for sharing
Very good removal. And great instal. Nice work.
Looks too much work, but very fun to watch you doing it, sir

Not this one
i enjoyed your video 😀have a nice day
beautiful sharing friend
L10, so cool 😎
Great job 😄👍
You don't need to cut in the factory trim for all of that and you could use wiring harness plug instead of all of Messy wiring
Thanks for the comments I didn't know they made a JVC harness to a Chrysler do you know the model ?
Very smart bro!
Great Video
Good job 👍❤️
Great video. Thank you so much for sharing your good video 👍👍
I like your videos +1
I have a 2013 chrysler 200 limited how do I know my car a have Amplifier or none Amplifier so I can know witch harness to buy ???
The harness in the video works for amplified and non amplified. Also if your car is amplified it'll have Boston acoustics.
Very good sharing New friend here
Hello good job brother 🥰❤️
I’m pretty sure I got all the wires hooked up like you did but when I turn the car off the radio still on, you know why?
After you take the key out and close the door it should go off
Actually if you open the door it should shut off after the key is taken out
@@khmerohio yeah, it does with the stock but stays on with the aftermarket
@@ashtonknox54 where is the red wire from the radio hookup to?
@@khmerohio to red wire on the wire harness
Good job
Nice ❤❤❤

Did you disconnect the battery first?
You don't have to but becareful not touching any live power to ground

As long as your radio is not on

I'll try that next 200
What size is the new radio?
Double din 6.3 screen
My car also makes that clicking sound but my brother went in and it’s a quick fix
Ask him what did he do?
Mine makes this clicking sound too. 2012 Chrysler 200 Conv. PLEASE tell me how to fix!
That's so great how to fix the radio
That noise is the heater actuator not the radio
@@troyrobins-dy9sz thanks
My car also makes that knocking noise does anybody know what that is ? If so please let me know
When you're driving? Or ?
Mine does the same thing. It’s called an ac blend door actuator. You can find them at auto zone or other places like that.
If you take out your glove compartment you can access it. I’d look up a video though.
After putting back the dash he notice the kit on the radio was on the wrong way, he put the left on right and right on left...
What wire harness?
