i am from the US and retired in philippines. they have the high end machine of this:
dormier (i think) german company
focused not radial. you do not want radial.
much less there. at the top hospital in manila 6 treatments came out to about $150 each. i do not know about 9 or 10.
they recommend 6 or 7. then when needed usually 15 monthts or 18 months later.
for me i am 60yoa. by the 2nd treatment. OMG!
not like i was 18yoa again. maybe 30yoa. but that is still great.
for me NO doubt this works. the issue in the US it is like $450 per treatment unless you fly out to PI or thailand.

I'm in UK and at moment trying a massage gun which is light weight and has a strong pulse only being trying about a week will come back in month or 2
