Ako OMAD in 1mos 2 weeks. Everyday exercise 1hr ,Drink Warm water 2 cup every morning
EATING TIME 12pm-1pm Lunch .
Hindi ako nag titimbang kc na stress pag nkkta ko ung numbers.
Pero napansin ko na nabawasan ko pati sa damit. Napansin ng friend ko na nabawasan ko.
Iniiba kong time eating ko Minsan pra ma stress ung katwan ko pero One a meal prin, kc sb napanood ko wag lagi na nka stick time na paulit at foods intakes paulit2x ung body mag sasawa cya mag burn ng mabuti ...ung weights hindi bumababa..
Important consistent and focus kung nkkta mganda results ..Good job self and proud.😊

I got inspired to try it coz I have a big tummy too, got it checked before to know what is goin on. Not a health issue, according to the doctor. So i tried the intermittent diet but i dont see any difference with my tummy. Im in my mid 40’s. Do you think its because of my age?

I started a week ago (16:8) and I already lost more than 3 Kgs (for 1 week). Intermittent Fasting is effective kailangan lang ng matinding disiplina.. Be motivated especially pag need na po talaga nating magreduce ng weight and may health issues na... If you're reading this, START NOW sis! Prepare yourself and start intermittent fasting. God bless!

Same here po, sobrang effective 16:8 then akin, I lost 6kg 2 weeks, kahit nag wowork ako as a public teacher. Need self-discipline lang talaga.❤

Dati hindi ko ito masyadong pinapansin dahil may sarili akong diet na ginagawa.
