    Inspired Leliana is the best Divine Victoria.
    - She dedicates the root of chantry back to charity and helping the people.
    - She opens the door of the chantry for all the faithful no matter their races (even Qunari), gender, background. May everyone find peace in the embrace of the Maker.
    - She proclaims that Love is the best gift from the Maker, and allows all members of the chantry to develop relationship with others.
    - She actualizes the vision of Divine Justinia, and recognises the injustice and long term abuse of the Circle, and allows the freedom of mages to govern themselves.
    - And she is still as smart and resourceful as usual.

      Mages needs circles. I agree they were oppressive in previous dragon age, and I saw it because I play mainly as a mage. But circles are needed because mages can’t really manage their power without help. Throughout the games, I read a lot of baby mages that put their houses on fire on a early age because they can’t control magic. They also bunt their parents. I know someone views circles as prisons, but they protect people of thedas from chaos all across the place. Mages can learn how to control themselves and when they’re ready free to leave. That’s what I think it’s best.

    • @BexxiM
      @BexxiM 9 лет назад +20

      Adam Bridson because Inquisition is not like Origins or DA2 or the DLCs. in Origins and 2 you are not building a force to change the war. In Orgins you are Warden that is one of two who survived Ostagar, in 2 you are an escapee of the blight who happened to have very good luck. While Hawke and the Warden changed the world they were not an entire army that was formed at the Divine's request. while focusing the companions would have been a nice touch the epilogue focused on how the acts of the inquisition reflect on the world and the Mage Templar war.

    • @adambridson8817
      @adambridson8817 9 лет назад +18

      Bex in Idaho Inquisition is every bit like Origin. An individual is bestowed with an ability, an ability only they can use, that will aid in defeating the big bad. This individual then proceeds to build an army to fight said big bad, in the process the individual must make decisions which will have an affect upon the whole of Thedas. The difference is that everyone said goodbye in Origin and the player could decide whether a character stayed or left in Inquisition, even if it only said this character stayed with the Inquisition it still would have been enough. But, Bioware won't do that because with exception to Varric and Ogrhen, no companion character has returned in the following game. So, yes Bioware focused on the events within the story, but knowing just a little about what these characters do next would have been appreciated.

    • @BexxiM
      @BexxiM 9 лет назад +20

      Adam Bridson But you are forgetting a crucial difference between Origins and Inquisition. In Origins you rely on treaties to build your force, but in Inquisition it is about influence. I agree it would have been nice to know a little about what happened to the companions but such is life.

    • @morgantollhall
      @morgantollhall 4 года назад

      @@fablebrook2 I appreciated Vivienne as a character, but I viewed her as rather less compassionate than Leliana or Cassandra. Her being a mage carried the negative of being viewed as less legitimate by those prejudiced against mages. That would have been more than balanced out by the social step forward for mages, except that in practice I felt she was the most anti mage rights of all three, wanting to force the mages back into a comparatively disempowered Circle. She simply wanted to be the exception. All the cons of choosing a mage with none of the pros.
      She's even worse for the templars, as they don't accept her because she's a mage and she crushes them. I viewed Cassandra as the moderate choice, and Vivienne as the anti mage choice. A softened Leliana was committed to equality and peace for everyone, she was the 'puppies and sunshine' choice. That's hard to pass up! Hardened Leliana would be my 2nd pick.
      I definitely favor the mages (except for the magesterium), as they've been discriminated against in most of Thedas for some time, and as being a mage is an inherent trait.
      I'm right there with you on all of your other choices! I can't get down with Harrowmont at all, I'd rather have the guy who killed his father rule than the guy who would exterminate the most vulnerable group in his society if he could.

    - What happens with the Legend of Ferelden and his/her quest against the Calling?
    - What happens with Solas and Flemeth? How is Solas related to the ascent of Corypheus and the Elven Orb?
    - Is Corypheus actually ? In the finall battle he seems to have been exiled to the Veil by the Inquisitor and not actually slain, although Iron Bull in the final celebration at Sky Hold says the Chantry was still ''gathering his ashes'' after the battle
    - What happens with Shaper Valta and lieutenant Renn? Who steals the latter's corpse from his tomb and why? What is the real nature of lyrium and the titans? Is lyrium in fact the blood of titans?
    So excited for DA4, which I'd love to be centered again in our Grey Warden, the character with whom I've enjoyed the most this great saga and whose particular story with Morrigan, Flemeth and the Blight seems to be the most exciting and the real canon for me lol

      According to the Wikia wiki (maybe take with a grain of salt), the Silver Shield happens if: Cullen quits lyrium, Vivienne becomes Divine (of course), and the Seekers aren't rebuilt (otherwise they'll join them instead).
      The Bright Hand will exist if the mages are conscripted and either Leliana or Cassandra is Divine. The actual Bright Hand will change for either: if Leliana, it's a college part of the Inquisition said to represent the best of mages to many, while with Cassandra it's a new college in the Circle of Magi, which pushes for reform leads to the rumours of a split within the Circle.

    Leliana's rule will undo all of Andraste's work to curb the mages' tyrannical ambitions and ensure they no longer oppress the people, as it is in Tevinter and Nevarra.
    Vivienne's rule will create a precedent for mages to rule over a faith that fought for centuries against mages holding positions of power in order to free people from their tyranny forever. Plus, she doesn't make the necessary reforms, implying all the problems that caused the Mage-Templar War will return, with interest.
    Cassandra is the only one that restores order while avoid falling into the problems of old. She carries out the necessary reforms for the main institutions - the Chantry, the Circle and the Templar Order, has a strong moral compass, isn't naive or overly ambitious, like Leliana and Vivivenne, is flexible enough to accept advice when necessary, and has a good grasp of the situation in Southern Thedas to know what best policies to follow.
    All in all, I always support Cassandra as the new Divine.

    So Leliana is the best option for Divine.
    Cassandra just pushes her beloved seekers and templars everywhere just sticking to old ways which proved to be useless 🤷🏼‍♀️
    She will push mages into circles and put templars to guard the door which will lead to new revolution and uprising.
    Vivienne is probably the worst for Divine due to her selfishness - she wants to divide and conquer - basically do the same as Cassandra but make everyone think that she os the just and mighty one.
    She pushes mages in circles, sings praise to circles but she herself inly theoretically is a circle mage.
    So, despite the fact that I really wanted to have a mage divine, Leliana is the best option.

    • @TatySwan
      @TatySwan 4 года назад +1

      @Maple Lord I agree with you on the mages however not so kuch on elves...
      Elves have never been truely not free - looked upon, made filun of, criticized, but not oppressed.
      The dalish are basically doing nothing and just trlling cool stories about the padt which they practically don't have any connection too (they are not "the elvenan" - they are modern dalish who try to prove their absurd actions by "the might of the elders" 🤦🏼‍♀️)
      And the city elves... Well, it's they who decided to go and live on human cities 🤷🏼‍♀️ I highly doubt that if humans went to live in a dalish camp, the dalish would be super hyped about it. Plus elves' life in the city is not that different from the lives of himan refugees or poor human families - humans just not yell around that "it'd because they are elves!!!"
      In a nutshell while mages are oppressed from the very childhood just because they were born, the elves just want to be important and get back their power.
      unlike mages elves are not forced to live in a small confined place with no provacy whatsoever, they are not constantly looked upon, controlled and punished. They are not put in solitary confinement for attempting to flee the elfinage or dalish camp.
      They are not made tranquil to rape and do whatever someone wants. They can love, marry and have children - which won't be taken away instantly after birth.
      Yes, elves have their problems but these problems are mostly basic problems of poor people in big cities.
      What for Solas, I doubt that it'll come to him rising - he'll probably be one of the antagonists in DA4 sooo the point of the game will be to stop him - thus he will be stopped.
      And as for his rising - it's absurd and just is what it is - a strive for power for one person, who hides behind "poor elvenan".
      I never was a fan of elves bit always tried to help them and make exceptions. However after the Trespasser thing where all elves betrayed the people, Inquisition, all their friends who helped them, basically all of Thedas just to tell stories about their "mighty elvenan past" - I felt repulsed.
      From that moment I hugely question everything which involves elves and would be very happy if there will be an option to punish all the clans and city elves who supported Solas in DA4.

Put Briala and Gaspard in power to tear down Elven alienage's, since Briala's own lover won't even listen to her and do so, so eeff Celene. I messed up and didn't get the scene in the beginning where you tell Leliana "our men are not exposable", so she immediately became hardened, so I made Cassandra divine (no real change in that decision). I think that if any future DLC about the grey wardens will involve the grey wardens fighting against "red wardens", grey warden recruits who were made to use red lyrium in the joining instead of regular lyrium. I don't know for certain but it seems likely.

      So, Big Spoilers for Origins: It's probably her kid. I'm guessing it depends on the world state you have. If your Warden allowed the Dark Ritual to happen back in Origins in order for Morrigan to get pregnant and that neither you, Alistair or Loghain dies in the end; then she's going to have her son with her. I couldn't load my old game into this one so I got her leaving alone on that card because the Warden is dead by default.

    best ending is cassandra ( golden age ) because she is moderate , she is a reformer and know the right midle ground , while the others 2 go to far and tear the chantry apart
    plus casandra deserve it she already was the right hand and she is the one who created the Inquisition in the 1st place .

      @thecrow4129 5 лет назад +2

      Also a late reply, that is a lie, from my experience, Leliana is default divine. You have to talk to cassandra and then do a war operation to support her claim to divine

    • @bohboh5220
      @bohboh5220 4 года назад +4

      They're both wrong (I know it's an old comment but whatever), it is a very tricky mechanism: you should ally with the Templars/take the mages as prisoners, banish the grey Wardens, support her as divine and not support, nor mention in the dialogues the divine candidacy to Leliana and Vivienne.

    Fucking Viviaanne

    • @JustMike_Official
      @JustMike_Official 8 лет назад +9

      +jaredkidd1 What about her? She makes a lot of sense with her reforms. Mages SHOULD be put back in circles. Of course to some the circles are like prison, but don't forget the fact that thanks to them mages can learn to use their powers to good use. Where else? Plus, after the uprising in Kirkwall and the desturction of chantry people are afraid, as they should be. Circles need to be back, so the people can feel safe and eventually regain their trust in mages. The chantry also needs to be back as it is what unites the nations of Thedas the most. Let's not forget that Vivienne, although a mage, knows the value of templars and knows they are a powerful tool, if used properly. Mages have to be watched over, as they remain a threat, no matter the training. With templars held on a leash by Vivienne, they will certainly do more good than before. Vivienne is a very strong candidate, who recognizes the value of some changes, and is an accomplished player of the Game, which will definitely prove useful.

    • @jaredkidd1
      @jaredkidd1 8 лет назад +19

      Michał Laszuk
      I prefer Lelianna's approach of allowing mages into the chantry. By allowing them to have a say in the organization that is lording over them, you have a better shot at regulating mages without Oppressing them like the templars and the chantry have done in the past.
      I get what you are saying and you make a good point but Viv is such a hypocrit.
      She acts like the injustices to mages aren't real and that the whole Mage-Templar war was the mages fault.
      Try and think from the point of view of the mages, they've been chucked into a tower against their will and told their entire lives that they are a threat. They are constantly surrounded by trained killers in full armour that are ready to kill them at a moments notice.
