One time this mechanic listed on the invoice changed service notification. I told him I'm not paying you, because you did the work. So, you should change it!!! After I said that. He was like oh wait, that is clerical error. Yes it was. Smh. Thx for the video Keith Salute. Always appreciate your knowledge transfer.
illwills, these mechanics think they are slick. Im glad you caught it before you paid. If he's making "clerical" errors, then what other "errors" is he making at his customers expense?
It may be ok I did add some coolant earlier and I believe it overflowed when hot .. Light comes on as the weather gets colder here in PA. That warning and a brake wear warning are in my messages..I have the scanner that you recommended but really don’t know what to look for in order to reset... You’re video worked great for me when my ABS light came on 😊
Service C on a Mercedes-Benz vehicle is a recommended maintenance service that is performed periodically to keep the vehicle in good working condition. It typically includes the following tasks: Oil and filter change: The engine oil and filter are replaced to keep the engine lubricated and running smoothly. Inspections and adjustments: Technicians inspect various components of the vehicle, such as the brakes, suspension, and steering, and make any necessary adjustments. Fluid level checks and replacements: Technicians check the levels of various fluids, such as the brake fluid, transmission fluid, and coolant, and top them up as necessary. Software updates: The vehicle's onboard computer software may be updated to improve performance or address any technical issues. Cleaning and replacement of air filters: The air filters are cleaned or replaced to improve the efficiency of the engine and to enhance the quality of the air inside the cabin. These are some of the general tasks included in a Service C appointment, but the exact services may vary depending on the specific model and year of the vehicle, as well as its mileage. I would recommend checking your vehicle's owner's manual or contacting a Mercedes-Benz dealership for more information on what specifically is included in a Service C appointment for your specific vehicle.
