I enjoyed your declutter❤️ they are so therapeutic. I am also considering decluttering a few of my barely used scents, but I’m hesitant about the whole shipping process. I would love to hear about your experience purchasing and or selling with mercari and how you actually go about doing so..
Oh thank you for watching love! It is so therapeutic and makes room for other perfumes or simply to have a more curated collection. I love Mercari myself I’ve been on the platform for over a year and use it all the time. I’ve sold many many perfumes and other items as well as purchased items. The main thing I’d advise is to look at the persons reviews - mainly the bad ones if any. That way you can get an understanding of how this person is as a seller. Also when you like a perfume you can negotiate pricing. A lot of times you can get an even lower price than what the person listed it for. I love negotiating lol I always get deals! Last thing, on perfumes you can check “ checkfresh” which is a site you can use to figure out details about a specific perfume. You can get the code from the bottom of the perfume bottle ( usually a seller will take a picture of it) and you can put that code into the checkfresh website to see how new or old the perfume is and other details about that batch of perfumes with that code. Sorry for being long winded but I hope that helps.

Oh shipping ☺️ so for me, I have a printer and scale to weigh items, so when I list a perfume on my Mercari it will ask me to write out a few things about the perfume for the buyer. Then it will take me to shipping details. You can add the details like “ weight” and it doesn’t have to be exact. But perfume is usually between 1-2lbs almost always - even for a full 3.4fl oz bottle. Anyways when that’s done you have your listing up and active. Then someone buys. You get an email. You open that email and the shipping label is there for you. All you have to do is print and add the label to the box/ bag that your shipping the item in 👍🏾🤎
