As one in my late 20s approaching my 30s, who has struggled with an eating disorder for years while still not knowing what to do, I cannot tell how significant this video means to me.
I struggled for SO LONG trying to find the proper diet to lose weight. It felt like something everyone knew about except me! Finally I realized what I needed to do was shrink down my portions (for both healthy food and "cheat" food) and change up my exercise routine to keep it more interesting. Worked well for me and wasn't as difficult as drastically changing my diet and was easy to maintain.
That sounds absolutely perfect!! When you find that perfect balance that lets you eat and enjoy and exercise and be fit.. you’ve got it!!🙌🏼 Best to you!❤️
I’m blessed to live in the country so when I walk I just listen to nature. No music, podcasts or books. It’s so peaceful. The sounds change with the seasons too. Happy Mother’s Day ❤
Yes I agree it makes life more enjoyable when we don't restrict ourselves but still maintain our health/fitness goals.. Love your VCA as always and Happy Mothers Day!
Favorite accomplishment in life is being a Mom...getting ready for a late afternoon walk, we usually do a 2 hour hike and get soaked from the waves! Got a mothers day email from VCA which I will share with the VCA Mama: "The Maison wishes you a day filled with love and joy."

You make me laugh 😂 my mum would definitely be at your place if she heard George was gonna be there 😂. I can so relate to the crazy rigidity of a routine. I've just found out I'm Autistic, so you add that to an Eating Disorder and routine is so important to me but at the same time, it's insane how going off course with it can really freak me out. Being free to change things up would be amazing. This is a pretty important video to show people that it's good to have variety. I appreciate you so much Mama Tenny ❤😘

I have a friend who lives on a 1200 calorie diet only to cheat 3500 calorie meal! Why not live on a reasonable 1700-1900 calorie diet without the monster cheat meal? =)
I. Close roomy bro, he lives in Sarnia way far from me. But I love that blue jacket u had on when you were outside? For me I if I skip a workout I’m bummed out all day . How did you overcome that?

The blue jacket is a Ralph Lauren I’ve had for about 5 years so I can’t send you off for one 😂 I used to feel like you when I missed working out but I came to realize that nothing bad happened! I didn’t fall off the wagon, I didn’t regress, I was just fine and picked up where I left off. No chance of suddenly becoming a couch potato 😂
I was on a vegan diet and a lifelong gym rat, when I had my first heart attack. Fat doesn't cause heart disease, carbs do. I never eat at restaurants or processed food. I'm ok with it I had no unresolved heart disease staying keto. Fat is good. No cheats for me Hollywood wise -- too boring. (I know; look who is talking). Thanks for the health inspiration
Love this! I definitely have my daily staples, but always switch it up and have some fun whenever i feel like it! (Definitely find a way to incorporate greek yogurt into something daily, because how can I not?!😂🤭)
