Thanks everyone for taking the time to watch the video. If you have any tips for the actual video itself, please reply below. Was it too long? Does it need to be shorter? To much talking? Was the mix of Time Lapse, Talking / Explanation just right? Would you rather no talking at all? More easter eggs?. I'm just getting back into the swing of talking to the camera again so i appreciate i may have a boring ass voice to most. but that will improve as i do this more and more. Thumbs Down/ Dislike? Tell me why...
15/20min for video is good i think, maybe just about ampere you use can be good, i like look your video, moïse
How did you come up with the design of the manifold? It looks too thought out for just "winging it" :D
@@karoz2861 Winged it...
The video length isn’t to long, anyone whose actually interested in making there own manifold will appreciate the time you’ve taken to educate 👍
I was scrolling through videos herd the beginning song and emedialty came back like ..... waiiiiiiit I know that song lmaooo. Good stuff man . 😅
Saludos desde colombia soy un fanático de sus creaciones, mi mayor admiración 👍
Loving the intro
That was very therapeutic
Stunning job man! Keep that quality up!
It's cool found it in your comments lol 🤣😂
That REX in the background =)
Full build VLOG on that starting soon.
Bud sorry I have used the information on your music list and it's not the one playing bud if you can let me know cause I love it
Absolute quality! Love this build!
Mint edits. Hope this channel grows, it's got the goods.
Im just a fat guy with a welder.
excellent craftsmanship
Absolutely Stunning work 💖
Looks mint! The purgegas need a outlet aswell, either in the front or the back otherwise the pressure of the gas can push back the weld so it wont burn through all the way.. U maybe did but i did not see a hole after the flange or in the silicon cup.
They have a hole either end.
masterpiece !!top
more colt stuff please :D
You are an artist!
тоже себе буду делать )) .🤝
Loving these videos keep them up
Impressive guy))😎👍
What's the music your playing bud as I love it
Nice work brother! i'm about to build my turbo manifold and that collector looks like it will save me heaps of time. where about"s did you source it?
also i"m in NZ.
cheers mate and keep up the good work
Amazing work. I'm trying to fab headers for a S55 AMG and its a PITFA. Your welds are very nice!
Good video bud
Good work. Thanks for sharing

Guys I don’t know what it is but I get the feeling that Elvis is still alive but don’t worry
Beautiful welds and manifold! Curious about your choice on cylinder pairing/exhaust scavenging though. Isn't it normally cylinders 1-3 and 2-4 pairing instead of 1-4 and 2-3? Still a beautiful manifold never the less, and probably doesn't make much of a difference what the pairing is.
Always 4-1, 2-3. Going 1-3 and 2-4 would give an increased in un-even exhaust sound (Which sounds awesome btw) However the power difference with ne negligible.
Would you make a manifold for mitsubishi mirage 2001 1.5? I'm interested
I want to learn with you.I like to build and love to decorate cars.
Don't let your dreams be dreams.
What size of filler rod do you use for the welds?1.2mm,1.6mm,2mm?
1.6
you guys do german cars plus shipping to US?
Good welding skills. Like the billet merge collector. Is it CFD simulated? Tubes need to go inside the flange in order to avoid cracks.
Using Pipe, flange holes not large enough to accept a through-flange construction. The are however welded inside and out the flange join.
@@GizFab You can design the holes in the flange according to the outer diameter (OD) of the tubes you plan to use.
@@madk4speed There really is no need. a Butt welded design is perfectly fine.
Elvis isnt dead 🤣
Can you ship to the US? And how much are these manifold for a 4B11 EVo X?
Neat video and work.
Whats the purge line for care explaining?
Hey man. I like your videos, but why you are so hungry for the filler rod?
Because the weld pool needs it. I’m also using a small filler rod for improved control which means I can set the amps lower for an improved weld.
Great vid.. Subbed & Liked.
What’s the point of the purge plug ?
How many amps do u run on each runers ?
sorry I know almost nothing about welding, but you seem to be using mig to tack and inside flange, tig elsewhere?
NON of my products are MIG Welded. Everything is 100% TIG Welded.
@@GizFab I noticed you only using 1 hand at times so assumed it was wire-fed (mig).
@@R0yL33 Will be Pulse welding with the TIG.
good joob !
Hi possible to have one of these shipped into Kenya for my colt ralliart Z27A? Could we discuss costs? Maybe offline
Hello, These manifolds are listed on our website. We can also offer a downpipe to suit.
Where does the wastegate go?
This manifold is for internal gate. Or. External on the exhaust housing.
What bench wheel do you use to clean the pipe up?
3M Strip and Clean - BLUE type.
is it the tube titanium ?
Stainless.
Hi GizFab, do u make these manifold for 4g93t??
I do not have 4G93 specific patterns.
What kinda amps are you running on these and what kinda material is the manifold made out of
55-60 amp. 304 stainless steel
@@GizFab that’s for schedule 10 stuff I assume what about if your doing schedule 40 304 stainless
@@1BadLS1209 SCH10 yes, Never touched SCH40 so i couldnt share any settings.
Greatings from Bulgaria.
Giz, can you tell me or give some info, from where can I take exhaust flange same yours in the video (from the turbo, not from the head) to build my manifold?
Im confused, you want the Collector flange ?
Yes I mean the flange for the turbo with 2x2 pipes.
Same question than Mitko, where did you buy this Turbo cast flange???
got it :)
how much does one manifold like this cost bro for colt turbo ?
£729.99

Добрый день! У меня двигатель 1.3, 95 лошадиных сил. Очень слабенький двигатель.Из какого металла вы делаете коллектор?
stainless steel
@@GizFab what stainless steel?
@@pavelandreew6839 304
@@GizFab what is the thickness of the metal wall?
@@pavelandreew6839 2.77mm
What size filler do you use bud?
1mm for welding the primaries. 1.6mm for welding any flanges (y) This was all stainless so 308L was used.
GizFab thanks! Out of interest how do you go about working out the Jig placement? (If you don’t have the car with you)
@@adamlloyd2688 Depends on the application. For example on a Saab B204 engine. the OE Manifolds flange positions means you can use the OEM manifold to create a Jig for the OEM TD04 Turbo. However, if you wanted to fit, lets say, a GT3076 to the B204...You would need at the very least an engine in order to make a flange mock up. But ideally needs to be fitted into the car so you can account for clearance around other components, such as bonnet, slam panel, radiator, fans etc. But for the most part - You can't. We are planning a video on how to make a Jig and turbo positioning
.
GizFab A vid on that would be great, Thanks for taking the time to reply!
What is the pipe size
My size is 1.1 / 2. It's not good
Turbo boost came at rpm6000. It was terrible. What should I do?
1.25" SCH10
Ehhhhh going to ehhh ehhhmmm ehm ehh ehhhh eh eh
u ok hun?
