This channel was the reason i bought a k11 back in the day. Its been my daily for years now. NEVER had a car i drove with such a smile, and i had volvo, benz, ford, opel, ...... Just did a catback, custom intake but still not this one. THE manifold of all manifolds. Mucho respect to this man! Hopefully ohe day i will meet him at a European meeting

would suggest placing the o2 a little later in the system after the 3rd collector so that cylinder 2 and 3 exhaust gases are also being picked up by the o2 sensor other than that very cool work am tig guy myself
Unfortunately not possible to the length of the OEM sensor cable. Placing it here allows the OEM sensor cable to fit without extending the harness.
Magnificent work, but as a machinist, I'm crying about the 1-2-3 block as a press tool!😂😂

I was wondering in a full system would I still need to fit a cat so it doesn't mess up the ecu's in my K11 is automatic transmission as I don't want a engine check light on all the time and what about the second lambda sensor, the rear one?
Plenty of people have fitted without the Catalyst and have zero issues. Our Manifolds come with 2 lamdba sensor ports for both sensors.

Hi mate! Extraordinary work! I was thinking of making only extractors for my cr14de (k12 micra) without de-catting, do you think because of the low lenght I can’t do a 4-2-1? Or nothing changes between 4-2-1 and 4-1 instead having a catalyst? Thanks!
4-1 is better suited for higher Peak Power. 4-2-1 is better suited for low-mid range. Longer the primaries, the better.

Cool video just wondering where did you get the flare cone I've been looking for flaring die to flare out 2.5 inch and 3 inch pipe for months now but cant find any ??
The one in the video was from a local machine shop. Paid £20. But for that sort of size. You can use a cone from a wheel balancing machine (which I also have). About £20 from Chinaland.

Now I understand why these manifold are expensive. Do you do the mid section for the coilpack version with the 2nd Lambda sensor boss fitted?
2nd lambda is in the front pipe, which comes as part of the manifolds

@@genty1960 No, its just an ordinary 02 sensor port. you may wish to purchase the elbow adapter if needed.

How can this mani be £400 with all the work & materials involved and the Astra Mani be £700, less work & materials?, doesnt equate to me.
4-2-1 Manifold like this can take 3-5 hours to complete.
A Tubular Turbo manifold easily be 12 hours minimum, Has more materials, More flanges etc...
Makes perfect sense to me.
