Wow!, very impressive- great stroke. I’m going to try this with 4 balls tomorrow at the pool hall and try to work my way up a little from there- no way in hell I could ever come close to as many balls as in this video…I’d be happy with 6.
So was the grimace on your face at the end due to your execution/stroke during the drill, or simply that you don’t get enough time to devote to pool any longer since the work promotion? I think it’s very admirable that you may not be satisfied with how you completed the drill and not elated that you did complete the drill successfully. Too many amateurs focus on completing a drill as opposed to the quality of their effort in the drill. For instance, not letting up on your stroke, over hitting and getting poor position, under hitting and having too little angle, etc. I miss your videos a lot. You always showed excellent fundamentals even if the stroke outcome wasn’t perfect!
Thanks a lot! I smiled because I hit the point of the middle pocket and I almost scratched because I hit the cueball to full on this shot. I miss filming and editing videos, yet I wanna at least show some of my practice drills to you folks out there. Maybe, when I find some time again, I start putting out more sophisticated vids again. For the moment, I just find no time
My Fargo is around 600. But not representative, because where I live, there are no real Fargo rated tournaments. Despite local Pool Billiard Association league and events (which I almost never play, due to my job), and national events as well as the Eurotour. Its not like in the US where many (not all, and also differs from state to state) tournaments are Fargo rated. Or use Fargo Rate as a basis for handicapped events. Many of my close friends are close to 680-700 Fargo, so I assume I am somewhere there, because we are quite equal. In case I enter local official tournaments organized by the Austrian Association, I usually go deep. Last year I became State Champion in Straight Pool (Masters/Seniors Division) and Runner up in the 8-Ball State Championships (Open Division) losing against my friend with a Fargo Rate close to 700 3:5 in the finals. So, I have no idea what my Fargo really is; to be honest
Nicely done!
Thanks a lot!
