    Hi! I’m a novice in Yoga. How long should I hold the pose? It’s extremely challenging for me, I’m not very flexible 😢😫

      maybe 20 or 10 seconds at a time! while focusing on breathing... it all depends on how it feels personally for you. Hopefully that helps.

      3, 5, or 10 breaths is typical since you want to move with your breathing rather than counting seconds.
