Good review. I would love to see more about multi-touch and cross-channel marketing attribution use case, which they claim to support. They also claim to have custom dimensions and reports... So I think your desire to have the absolute count be part of the channels report is do-able.

Can you please make a video? PS: For your information: the statistics per city are not good. I have compared Eindhoven in different platforms. Matomo (1 visitor), Plausible (43) and Clarity (41).
Yes, Matomo does have it's limitations. Personally I prefer Piwik Pro over Matomo because of this. However, I've seen many teams that struggle with GA4 where Matomo would be 100% easier to use and sufficient for them.
