Omaga power 2kw inverter generator unboxing , starting guide and first glance review

Nothing fancy.I couldn’t find any info on this product and decided to do a video. I am not a professional in the field so keep the snotty comments to yourself. Please and thank you.

Thanks for this video guys. I bought mine in December last year. I find it really difficult to get it started. Any tips? I have filled it with the recommended oil but it still takes about fifty tries before it finally starts. Thanks again.

So, I bought my first omega at the beginning of April 2023. At home, we read the manual, filled with oil and fuel to the permitted level, and tried to start. On the first pull, it made a huge noise, sounding like a spanner was thrust into a propellor and would do nothing afterwards. I took it back from where I purchased. I asked them to have a look. Here is the issue, omega South Africa, whoever they are, after 6 weeks still had no response, so eventually the store we bought it from told me rather to take a new one. So yesterday being 17 May 2023, I tested it out between 14:00 and 18:00 our 4 hrs stint of loadshedding. It worked beautifully. Today, again, it is working wonderfully. I just pray that this continues. I tried googling Omega South Africa and came up with Ziltch. Would anyone know who the company(s) are that imports them?
