Beyoncé is a star listed vocalist, by vocals experts, and the only one from the 21st century in popular music, she is factually the most versatile singer in history, ranging from Classical Music to R&B, (and I know what I'm talking about), sang about 50 rhythms , has been working since she was a child, but famous : 25 years of career, vocal arranger since she was a child, composer and producer since she was a teenager, young adult director, and the list go .....

I don't know if I'd use terms like factually or objectively when it comes to singing simply because its an art form where different goals are valid. For example, I don't think Tom Waits aspires to sound like Beyonce. Having said that, I think Beyonce's artistry and her vocal chops are world class. IDK who else I can think of who can dance, sing, compose, write lyrics, or run a business all at an elite level the way she does.

I have been reading some academic papers. The most recent one I found was from 2011. We know that the folds make a small opening similar to how people whistle with their lips. Other than that, the tract is so tiny during whistling that equipment generally used for observation doesn't fit.

She’s earned her spot in the limelight. As a singer myself, I can see that she is very comfortable and skilled in the way she sings.
