the hot tub setup is underrated. everyone builds a pool and some with built in hot tub, but its almost always out in the open exposed to the elements. So unless you want full extreme cold/rain/wind, you cant maximize its usage. Not as aesthetic--the standalone jacuzzi's set under a covered patio allows more usability and while covering you from the rain allowing almost year round use, and helps some with wind being under a covered patio. Which brings me back to this home. They have the best of both--designing an inground/built in hot tub yet still part of the house under a covered patio/area. Thhe only thing that would top this is if there was a pool built in without that extends past the covered area. Ive RARELY--in fact only once, have seen a home do this. That setup is the ultimate optimal and strategically the best way to do that.
The quality of build of this particular builder is something you would want for a builder to build your own - making it sure you would have a top notch quality home. Sad to say this caliber of a builder is normally thousands of miles apart that takes a fortune to hire them ( talking about my own situation) Lucky are those clients that within there reach….#awesomebuilder #QuilterConstructionTeam
Come on guys. Mountain homes should not have flat (nearly flat) roofs. Being in the mountains is not L.A. I do very much like the house, that's why putting a nearly flat roof on so much of it doesn't fit, unless the clients are from L.A. and simply should know better. That would explain it.
Flat roofs are fairly common in the area, as long as they are engineered to support the winter snow load, they meet building code. People prefer them because the snow melts slowly off the roof rather than an avalanche.

Do y’all build in Texas?.?. This is amazing work! 💯🍾
Quilter mostly works in Utah, but I’m sure they’ll go anywhere if the price is right!
Awesome house 🏡 where it’s located?
This is in Kamas, Utah.
Mashaallah❤️
beautiful home. Any builders you recommend in North Carolina? want to build a lake front home.
Not that I know of. I do all my work locally here in Utah.
Gorgeous house. // note: the colors of your video needs more contrast.
Agreed, I have made significant equipment upgrades since this video.
What was the $/SqFt construction cost?
Builders don’t typically disclose exact costs for presold homes to respect the home owner’s privacy.
how much it costs to build this home
I’m not sure the exact build cost, but in the millions for sure.
This would be sweet on 150 acres
