As a born and raised Irish, it is my dream to one day live in Mexico permanently. I’m very proud of my Irish culture and have fallen in love with the Mexican culture. Visiting has restored my faith and sense of community and belonging in so many ways. Previously resided in the US and all I ever did while there was take every opportunity I could to visit Mexico instead

I'm Irish I live in Monterrey Mexico my daughter was born here in Monterrey and it is true us Irish and Mexicans do have a lot in common... Us Irish and Mexicans even fought proudly together against America during the Mexican American war there were over 200 Irish soldiers called the San Patricios who proudly fought on Mexicos side during the war.. I have so much love and respect for Mexico and I'm happy my daughter was born in Mexico 🇲🇽☘️🇮🇪

I can hear his Mexican accent? The closest English speaking countries to us are the US and Canada, so it makes sense that that's the English we adapt to. It'd be like a Polish person having a Texas accent even though they learned their English in London.
Irish wanna be the Polish so bad.
They both even have a history of being occupied by their neighbors.
