The end four cranial nerves... honestly are not as detailed or in-depth, so less to say I’m going to push the final CN video today, and then put them all in a single playlist Either Cardio or Resp break down coming next
@@DrJamesGill I went for an eye test and was sent to the emergency room. I had a CT scan and a spinal tap done. My level was 49, so I was put on Diamox. In August it will be 2 years. I'm trying to lose weight from PCOS and hopefully I'm back to normal. I don't get a lot of information from my doctor, as there aren't any cases around my area of IIH. And Googling just scares me, it's just horror stories. So just slowly doing my thing, one day at a time. They aren't sure if I was born with a frayed optic nerve, or if it is from the pressure.
i actually think this happened due to doctors not labeling their videos correctly. Ive seen what you describe during examination of the lungs, which - as far as i know - is used to test resonance of the lungs, i.e if theirs stuff there that should not be there
short but to the point, thank you again Dr Gill for another informative but never the less interesting cranial nerve video.

Dr James Gill Now that sounds like a prefect idea. I’m looking forward to your next video on whichever subject you choose to base it on.
I have IIH, and a frayed optic nerve. I like learning about everything going on in there. Thank you for making these videos.
I’m sorry to hear that. IIH is really rather rare, you must have gone through a lot to get that diagnosis. Hopefully things are improved now?

This series is very good, I'm not even going into the medical field but it can't hurt to know this stuff
Learning of all types is good for the brain 😊

“That’s great thanks”
Cranial nerve IX : Glossopharyngeal nerve. I am sure it’s a typo at start of the video with the name of the nerve.
Yup I see that, definitely a typo CN IX Is glossopharyngeal
I’ve always been curious about why doctors ask patients to say ninety nine in cranial nerve exams I’ve seen.
Doesn’t really make sense. We get patients to phonate, but if you’ve been talking to the patient already, you know about their ability to form words
Dr James Gill ohhh that’s what they are testing. Thanks for replying Dr. Gill :) I can sleep peacefully now #curiositysatisfied
*tap tap* 99.
*Tap tap* 99.
In Italy it's Thirty-three.
I guess you can save some time with Ninety-nine.

The return of the king
