I think they’re working on it. Ethan mentioned something when they were talking about Mayo king Zach’s possibility of winning like 10,000. Can’t find the exact timestamp but Ethan said something along the lines of “You better win that money. It’s basically already spent” I think for sure they’re planning on getting one of those. It’s definitely the personal training in addition to the diet. At least I think it is and he’s just stopped talking about it. I felt bad he was almost obsessing and getting so upset and quitting after less than a week for each previous diet so I’m glad he’s found something that he can stick with and is working for him!!

There are multiplediets that work fine for different people under different circumstances, so Keto can be right but it doesn't necessarily have to be the right way...
Depending on your activity level carbs can even be helpful and with any diet that excludes foods you have to be aware of your vitamin, mineral and fiber intake.

Loved how Ethan apologized for any implied false allegations towards banks/mike. He handles these situations well and knows when to be serious (especially when it comes to SA). He’s just as funny as he is mature and it’s a great balance that makes these podcasts so amazing
I disagree he made false allegations against someone and laughed it off it's a serious thing to be accused of. He also glossed over the underage part completely. Man needs to do more research before he accuses people of such serious crimes.
Frenemies does it a bit too often and a bit too aggressively with confidence for it all to just be later dismissed as "actually, I don't think we actually did-- Oh? We did? Oopsie. I apologize. I guess I'll just go assassinate your character for other things to justify my aggresiveness and hostility towards you". Last bit doesn't really apply too much with banks or keem, but he keeps doing the same thing over and over only if he gets caught doing it. Imagine all the times the other people don't fire back.
