I went to rehab for a benzo addiction and they had to monitor me because benzo's and alcohol are the two drugs that you can die from when going off. You can have a massive seizure and die. It was surreal. The day I went officially off I had a mental breakdown and became psychotic. For the next ten days it was like I was dreaming and nothing seemed real and everything hurt. SUprised I made it honestly. Rehab was the best thing thats ever happened to me and I learned how to be a independent and self-sufficiant adult over the 8 month period. Learned meditations, and how to talk with my inner child and ego. Faced down all my deepest, darkest fears and demons and now I know how to handle personal issues that most people will never learn in their lifetime. Absolutely worth it.

I had been a daily user for a long time and after stopping cold turkey I became CONVINCED an asteroid was going to hit Earth. I had to be hospitalized for two weeks and lost about 15 pounds. It was surreal, just like you said. Now I just eat healthy, exercise, and go to AA meetings. Worked like a charm.
Congratulations on your journey. It’s sad we sometimes have to stray to drugs to get the proper mental health care and compassion we should be provided when we’re young and our minds are developing and traumas are kept secret just for them to pile up into our adult lives.

I love how Ethan had the same instincts I did about wanting to take something along with you on the journey in Half Life: Alyx. I started carrying the little green health buggies with me because their comforting coos and warm green glow calmed me during the really scary dark parts of the game (watching the playthrough does not do that last part justice, it was goddamn terrifying in VR) Unfortunately I developed a habit and would patiently lug around a tubful then two of the green buggies I had collected because I wanted to save them all. Really ends up creating a personal super hard mode having to keep track of those little guys, but I still love them very much.

His wife was deadly sick having "uncurable cancer", which was part of why he started with benzos. He wanted to stop for quite a while and they went to rehabs all over the US and Canada but didnt find a fit, maybe it was a wrong judgement not to stay in a rehab in the US, but it's not like he did not try. Regarding the meat diet, he and his daughter have all kinds of immune diseases which they claim it specificly helps them or atleast peterson claims that, he does NOT suggest anyone else to do it except if any other diet makes them sick. I love how Ethan had the same instincts I did about wanting to take something along with you on the journey in Half Life: Alyx. I started carrying the little green health buggies with me because their comforting coos and warm green glow calmed me during the really scary dark parts of the game (watching the playthrough does not do that last part justice, it was goddamn terrifying in VR)
Unfortunately I developed a habit and would patiently lug around a tubful then two of the green buggies I had collected because I wanted to save them all. Really ends up creating a personal super hard mode having to keep track of those little guys, but I still love them very much.
Even though I do not and have not ever played any of these twitch games, I enjoy watching Ethan roam around like a little baby shooting at goblins. Keep it up, y’all.

With peace and love, I loved the Aamon video it was Incredible, but a few thing you guys misunderstood about Jordan's addiction and sickness.
His wife was deadly sick having "uncurable cancer", which was part of why he started with benzos.
He wanted to stop for quite a while and they went to rehabs all over the US and Canada but didnt find a fit, maybe it was a wrong judgement not to stay in a rehab in the US, but it's not like he did not try.
Regarding the meat diet, he and his daughter have all kinds of immune diseases which they claim it specificly helps them or atleast peterson claims that, he does NOT suggest anyone else to do it except if any other diet makes them sick.
