    Maybe 90% is good enough?
It might even be the case that adopting 50% of his recommendations would give you 100% of the benefits, as long as your baseline diet and lifestyle are already optimized, or close to optimized.
The benefits and effect sizes he cites are for those whose baselines are SAD and horrible. For higher baselines, the effect size is much smaller, or perhaps non-existent.
I'm leaning toward not trying to do everything he recommends. My diet and lifestyle are already great. I do not think I will benefit much from most of his recommendations.
Trying to do it all, and do it "perfectly," could even shorten healthspan and reduce quality of life because of all the complications, expenses, time, worry, and lack of a sense of freedom from worrying, fretting and fear.
I would rather live freely. That makes for a higher quality of life, especially when there is little or no difference in the span.
What about the opportunity costs also? Time spent "doing it perfectly" can be substantial. When you subtract that, the remaining time is shorter.

Wow, this man is actually an author of books like "How not to AGE / DIE.. He is in his early 50s and look older, sicker and weaker than my 75 year old mom with COPD. Walk the walk, man.

      Are you blind?
He have looked like a late stage AIDS patient for years, dumb4ss! He is the pinnacle of knowledge about how the do the plant based diet perfectly, yet he looks like he is steadily turning in to Gollum, but with less musclemass. I would be very surprised if he made it to 75.
Of course youre to brainwashed to see. Eat some eggs and butter! Your brain will thank you..

He's definitely a nerdy looking guy but he's in great cardiovascular shape.
He has a treadmill desk and walks 6-8 hours a day . I doubt many others could do that

A visual bias will cloud your perception. Listen to the vigor in the man's voice and thinking.

@@woodlakesoundThe man stutters all the time.. uh-uh-uhm, like he search for words Its all edited away in this video. They cut out all the pauses. Watch some of his other uncut videos
And the outside appearance represent the inside. The man is aging rapidly AND he is supposed to be the world expert in How not to AGE. He looks worse than my 75 year old mom and she is sick, still look younger and healthier than this guy.
