The front lower bolt to frame with spacer it should be 19nm according to specs.
The long frame bolt 100nm, 1200 lc. Dont know if different for 1250.
Other 2 provided torques (rear frame lower bolt and upper front) are in line with the specified torques.

You do not mention it in the video, but I would nevertheless like to know whether it is necessary or whether it adds value to use thread-locker. If yes, which strength would you recommend?

Hi. I am interested in lower crash bars for 1250 GSA and my understanding is that they are not compatible with upper OEM crash bars. If that is the case, is there a mounting point for the fog lights on your lower crash bars? I don’t see how to mount the fog lights if I will have to remove the OEM uppers

The OEM upper crash bars are not compatible with our lower crash bars, however we have brackets for the OEM fog lights on our GSA upper crash bars

The long engine bolt need to be heated to get loose? Looks like it uses green treadlocker.

Heated? No. Just need the right tools and patience

At the GSA, the lower crash bar is deforming the plastic cover below the tank. Will there be a version to fix this issue? This lower crash bar will be OK for a normal GS, but not for a GSA. When you have a close look to the installation video of the upper crash bar (ruclips.net/video/AoFvChHuQ50/видео.html at 0:07), you can see this deformation.

Thanks for your comment. Are you referring to a 1200 or 1250 GSA?

I was hoping to see how to take the first steps to mount the lower crashbars, because on my 1250 GSA it is very difficult to get the bars behind the upper frame. Unfortunately, you don't show step by step how to position the lower bars, because the video only starts after the bar has been put into position. This doesn't really help me on my 1250 GSA😒🤷‍♂️

If the skid plate is also being installed does it replace the spacers on the lower front attachment points? And would it go inside or outside of the lowers?

Yes, but they won’t serve any purpose. Our crash bars offer coverage for the most exposed parts of the valve covers

You should definitely mention that your lower crash bars do NOT fit the 40th anniversary GS Models with the "Option 719" valve covers. I tried to install your crash bars on my brand new bike and had to find out the hard way they dont fit at all...

Very poor fit on these crash bars. Durable? Probably. Booger welds and misaligned tabs? Oh yeah.
