A/a Mr Wali The point mentioned in the video to do down payment via credit card does not hold true as my personal experience recently while using credit card from Saudi for down payment, it deducted a lot of money as compared to debit card ; even though I got reward points but still the amount was too high. I was told by concerned agent of property to pay via credit card down payment as I will earn points (as mentioned in video) Kindly in next property video clarify to viewers about this so that they do not unnecessarily lose money and instead use debit card Thank you
AoA Wali Khan, if anyone want to bring his capital from Pakistan (PKR) into UAE (AED).Then how can It be possible ? Bcz Currency exchanger option is hectic and limitation, as well as Bank also charging extra fees plus not good rate also. Let's consider if price more than 50K AED then how can we transfer? Plz suggest how can we bring back our PKR money into UAE. Thanks
Dubai property market is booming but along with that the prices of real estate are too high for an average person to buy i would ask Mr. Wali to show us real Estate market of Sharjah/Ajman and other Emirates as well. So that people can assess better on their investments.

Perhaps it’s due to International transaction charges. People pay here within UAE with no charges with points benefit - very common.
