I started the Jasmine Scarf this week and realize that the drop stitches were so tight! I'm pretty good at guaging tension but it still didn't look like the original pattern. Plus, when I dropped the stitch to stitch the next 4, it kept unraveling so I had to use a hook to keep that stitch in place. I love your method! Yes, this design is very slow to progress for your method allows me to NOT use the hook and keeps it going at a faster pace. Thank you and the yarn is beautiful!!!
THANK YOU! It’s been tricky trying to “modify” some of the more complex or tricky patterns into the Continental method of knitting (which is what i accidentally taught myself how to do lol) & i REALLY APPRECIATE you posting videos that show how to do patterns & stitches with the Continental method. :)
Thank you so much! I just stumbled upon this pattern and I just love it! I have a question: what happens if I accidentally forget to make a "drop twice-wrapped stitch off" (if you can say so) and realize it in the knit-row? Do I have to go all the way back?
