    Am curious. What oil do you use for cooking? I tried corn oil but it tends to leave a sticky residue in the whole. Didn't like the taste and smell of soya bean oil and canola oil for me doesn't bring out the flavour of food so well. I don't use palm oil and peanut oil is hard to find here plus it burns too quickly. So, have been using sunflower oil for a while now.
    As am not a fan of chilli flavour, i guess I'll try with capsicum.
