If you like a denser tofu, take the whole package of firm tofu, and throw it in the freezer. Next day, defrost and squeeze out the water. Then cook as usual.

I tried the sweet and spicy tofu and it’s really good! Swapped the ketchup with tomato paste and added more vinegar. I also added some chopped jalapeño because I like mine extra spicy.
I made the orange chicken and my whole family including my picky kiddos loved it. They couldn’t even tell it wasn’t crispy chicken tenders in the orange chicken. The sauce was awesome. It was just like the orange chicken I get from the local Chinese restaurant. Thanks for these gems. I’m new to tofu and the vegan lifestyle but after awakening my body won’t tolerate animal products anymore. The tofu was so satisfying and no stomach pains and discomfort after eating. Meat has started to make my stomach hurt severely after eating it. Like eating rocks, lol. Back again to let everyone know these recipes are a must. Tofu was crispy and delicious. Perfect recipes all around! Thanks. Cooking oragnge tofu again tonight and have been looking forward to it since the first time I cooked it! Thank you!
Just tried this and it’s sooo good! Thank you! I pan fried the tofu without coating it with any flour and it turned out great. Also, instead of adding sugar into the sauce, I just added another 1/2 tbsp of maple syrup. Instead of cornstarch for the sauce I used all purpose flour. I made the mistake of using TOO much grated ginger so be careful about that I forgot to measure. Another tip is I found out I prefer my veggies steamed and to the side so if you like your veggies raw/steamed not necessarily coated in ginger sauce just skip on cooking them in with the sauce. All in all great recipe thank you! I will be trying the other two some other day for sure.

Sesame ginger sauce: Water Soy sauce Sugar Toasted sesame seeds Sesame oil Cornstarch Stir fry: Grated ginger Bell pepper Onions Green beans...or whatever veggies you like Sauté the vegetables then add the ginger sauté them for 1 minute. Add the sauce then the tofu, cook until the sauce thickens

I feel like crying, I still have difficulty in listening, but this one is really 😣💖👍 (I mean, I still use the generated subs, but your pronunciation helps me to focus more on the video rather than the subs) Second of all, thanks for the recipe! My family is small, so I tend to cook simple recipe. Ps. What would you recommend if I don't use gochujang? Can we just use regular chilli sauce?
Hi, thank you 🥺 for the gochujang, you can use other chili sauce you have. Sriracha is great too! Thought of choice this'll change the consistency a bit since gochujang is very thick compared to other chili sauces. Hope this helps!!
I tried making tofu lettuce wraps.. same ingredients as I used for turkey when I ate meat and it was awful.. I'm trying to be vegan again.. I hope this video will give me ideas which I'll like. BTW the few peices I made that were harder I could eat but most were soft.. and I used hard tofu to begin with.. I think it'll take time..

The ginger sesame tofu was awesome. I switched up the veggies and used a lot of leek I had, thinly chopped. So good.
