Anyone, and I mean ANYONE can start changing their life this weekend with $500 and a dream. Thank you for the kind words, I hope to inspire a generation 🙏

Brother thanks for this vid! I’m getting ready to start my own business and you’ve given me a great roadmap!
Thanks for getting straight to the point 💯
Man this is exaxtly what i need to see. A perfect layout to what i need to make my business strong. Im literally in a 600 dollar budget and this is going to save me a couple dollars. Thanks brother.
Thanks for educating this old man! Keep grinding!
This is one of the most informative videos I've seen for any start up mobile detailing businesses. I took in a lot of helpful information in just a few minutes. Thank you
My pleasure!
This was the best video I've seen so far on this topic you covered the thing that most people don't marketing and how to structure what's your charging the customer thank you so much
Fantastic video! Been thinking about getting started and this might've been the push I needed.
Wow thanks for the informative video brother 💪🏾🔥keep up the good work changing lives . I do detailing for multiple dealerships & I can agree with everything you stated one day hopefully I can be apart of the team much love 🙏🏾
Legendary
This is by far the greatest video i've ever seen! Hudson Archer, you certainly have what it takes to enter the millionaire group. You are literally providing liquid gold worth of value for people to learn from you. And that's the Alex Hormozi way!
Appreciate the support brother!
Great info. Thanks for talking the time to do this so to the point.
Fuck yeah man! I work full time but I'm definiterly gonna start doing this on the side until I can make it a full time gig!

Thank for the great information. So did you buy a different gun and hose for the pressure washer? I see ypur pressure washer gun in the video is short especially when doing wheels. Love the channel you are really good at explaining the business I apprecote you taking the time to help all pf us.
Go gettem kid proud of you for being a self starter.
Looking to start myself and already looking at pricing, this video helped alot i appreciate the info
so glad it helped brother!
Best beginner guide on YT
C’mon let’s make it happen!
Those are really great starting prices. A detail in my market is about $100 an hour.
Yoo man thank you so much for this video. Great tips
100%
Excellent video sir 👏🏼
Thank you so much!
Hey man great video! With that rigid vacuum should I get it with the car detailing extensions for it or no? And how many gallons should I buy it with?
you should make a video on you using exactly what shown in this video cleaning a car, I’ve came across couple of problems, especially with drying, how many drying towels do you need because my drying towel lasts about 2-4 panels and I made the mistake of only getting one drying towel, so the rest of my car was slightly dried leaving some water spots, then also what about cleaning your equipment, your brushes/equipment and towels, will be really helpful if you can make a follow up video on this video
Thank you sir for helping me this means a lot
Fantastic vid your the man
my G
I really appreciate the content you’re providing and couldn’t be more thankful for having crossed “RUclips paths” with you. Two questions I have just if you have time:
1. if I wanted to learn more about digital marketing and how to apply it to a mobile detailing business effectively, where would be a good starting point? Is there an “Archers detailing” version of it out there somewhere? Haha.
2. When it comes to hiring/training employees, have you discovered any common denominators of skill sets & personally traits that you now look for that seem to plug in the best and thrive happily? such as: age groups, whether or not them having prior detailing experience was better or worse in regards to plugging into your business, etc…
And did you create your own systemized SOP’s as simplified training guides?
Appreciate the support!
1) YES! There is an Archer’s detailing way lol.

And I can get ya plugged into the Driven Elite. It’s my private mastermind, we host weekly sessions on Sundays, currently going over digital marketing very heavily!
2) as far as employees are concerned. Yes, there most certainly are specific kinds of people that do better than others. I recently stumbled upon a secret to hiring & building out SOPs that I’ve never seen any other Detailer use. It goes against the grain, but will be the reason I grow to $50k/mo this summer, can almost guarantee it. I’ll keep it locked away for the time being tho 🤫
@@HudsonArcher_Details thank for you taking the time to reply to this my dude! - I was already following you on IG, but when I tried to DM you there just now it said: “You can't message this account unless they follow you.” And won’t allow me to.
@@HudsonArcher_Details that instagram link doesn't work
Thanks for the info fastest 400 bucks I invested in the supplies!
So hype to get going
Dog! This was so informative. Thank you very much.

LETS GO 🔥
Leveling up as always!
Was just starting to get into my own detailing business, I've only done it for friends and family mostly but I promise I had some horrible cars looking brand new so I got the skills just need the know how and products
Amazing 🙌🏻 step out there and make it happen
Much inspired brother
Appreciate all the love and support!
Do what I say and buy what I say. That statement didn’t sit the right way with me. But overall great video. Appreciate the content. Keep growing 💪
He’s making 200k In his first year you better buy exactly and do what he says if you want to reach same threshold. I know I am
Bro just gave all the sauce
You just gained a follower! Hoping for the best from a fellow Texas detailer as well.
💯
Good tips I would definitely buy more micro fibers like ALOT more.
200k bro crushing it let’s go
Passing all the knowledge on to you 🤝🏻
@@HudsonArcher_Details hell yeah brother Been fulltime since 2021. Not hitting those numbers yet. Impressive been getting stuck with a lot of trashed interiors. Did a 1000$ Range Rover coating yesterday. But I may need to watch your marketing video so I don’t get stuck with nasty interior’s all the time
shoutout to u bro
When are you going to make a video of your new mobile rig?
$75 extra, for fall out, tar sap glue, and then a clay bar...
Im starting out. Ive got all the equipment and chems. I dont do paint correction or machine polishing. I class myself as a valeter rather than a detailer purely based on that.
Im in the UK. I charge $100 without carpet and seat extraction, and an extra $40 for with. Maybe I should charge what detailers do, which in the UK, seems to be $175 without paint correction. With, depending on a single stage polish/buff and a complete 2 stage with ceramic coat, can be anything from $625 to $1500. Thats why I dont do it. Theres not enough high earners who wana spend that on making a car factory fresh
This helps brother.
Thank yiu
Glad to hear!
It's not as simple as you make it seem, you have to know people. I'm sure your family has helped guide you and the community you are in helps alot with the practice. Not hating, but people should know this. Nonetheless, this video was really good. You seem to be more on the marketing side of things.
I just want to really ask, when you offer clay treatement with iron decon, what do you say to the client? Like how do you share the idea that clay bar is useful qnd worth the money?
Thx i just got a pressure washer and most of the stuff i just need the new chems ive been using meguiars and turtle wax when it was good
Is Meguiars still good?
I ejoyed this. Are you in the sunny states? How do you manage in the winter? Im in chicagoland and im just thinking of the salt winters but that could generate more revenue.
Man this is a great video thank you for posting I’m 16 and trying to start a dual business because quite frankly I’m tired of being broke
me too bro
Any tools for a lot of pet hair? I've watched other videos and Googled, just wanted to know your thoughts.
Great video thanks for the information
100%!
Thank you
Hi Hudson, quick question for ya:
Did you establish a LLC when you started, or do you now have one? What are the PROS/CONS to this? Also, what do you recommend for the total number of beginning clients? Thanks, man! Also, I like your mention of Jesus Christ in your vids! Keep up the good work!
Hello…. Would you prefer a cordless pressure washer or electric cord washer
What about if the customers live in apartments?
U don’t have to have a generator and water tank ?
Thanks for the inspo where can i find that pricing list
Young man, good luck.
I have always said, " Less is more "
always!
how did you design your detail website any suggestions or referrals to companies or free lancers ?
So when you started you used the customers power and water ?
Very good video for beginners 🎉
So glad you found it useful!!
Hey love the content bro!! i was wondering what website builder do you use?
Initially used GoDaddy! It’s $6/mo for the basic service. Now I use Wordpress
@@HudsonArcher_Details Awesome thanks! Keep it up the great work bro
Thank you bro, I have a mentor who recommended your videos cause I’m currently a college student and want to make some money while I’m in it. I’ll let you know in a few months how it’s going
Legend
Brother I was wondering if you can make a video that requires no pressure washer or water hose since I live in apartments and won’t have access to that. I was wondering if you can show us a full inside and outside detail with basic needs since I wanna start washing my car on my own !
Without a pressure washer… you can use rinsless wash!
Go to my channel and click on my “Detailers stop doing this” video. It’ll show you how I use a rinsless wash to wash the outside of the car without needing a pressure washer
thank you !@@HudsonArcher_Details
Do you charge a 2dr compact vehicle as a sedan as well
What did you use to create your website?
We’re is the link I can buy all these chemicals
Bro should i start as a side hustle or needing an LLC?
Is digital marketing something I should do classes for through a school or how did you learn how to make a website and do that part?
Bro that’s what I need help with I made my prices on my packages but idk how to market online like how you get your business out there for people to see
Just some friendly critiquing, the background music doesn't suit the fast pace video style... other than that this is a killer video and im sure has killer veiwer retention. The edits are all very smooth and professional, the background misic just throws me off. Keep it up man!
Haha I had a couple friends say that. Will have to speak with my editor 🤔
Thanks for the feedback and so glad you enjoyed!
HI! Im thinking about starting a side hustle cleaning cars, but im aiming for the car enthusiasts niche (Being one myself), i was wondering if all of the products shown in the videos alors work on Vynil wrapped cars, knowing many car enthusiasts wrap their cars. Thank you for the great video! Looking forward for a response! Awesome content!
Yup! Both of our company vans are wrapped + I use all of these products to clean them each week!
@@HudsonArcher_DetailsGreat! Thank you! Such as the clay towel?
@@xavsdraw6151 yup! works just fine!!
@@HudsonArcher_DetailsAnd what about plasti dipped cars? Have you ever cleaned one with those products and the clay towel as well? Thank you.
@@xavsdraw6151 actually haven't but I imagine there isn't any issue with it!
I am contemplating getting into mobile detailing. While working fulltime during the week, is it possible just to be a weekend warrior with mobile detailing?
Absolutely! The earlier you start the better!
You said you only use 2 products to clean the interior. The surface cleaner and glass cleaner. What do you used for cleaning the seats and floors/mats?
You can use P&S Terminator for staining, BUT the interior clean & protect chemical can also be used to remove light stains in the carpet
How did you create your website?
I know I SHOULD get an LLC.
but
Do you NEED to have an LLC to start?
Dang for just the interior is like 200 to 250 roughly where i live
Your from Cali? How you get licensed? Insurance?
do you use your clients water
Hi Arthur, do you have a blue print or a course of some sort? I would purchase in a heart beat.
If not what do you recommend for someone just starting out how would I learn?
whop.com/driven-elite/ don't share this often- but can tell you are serious. Let's work together 1:1!
I think one of the things people need to consider is location...business like real estate is all about location, location, location... to make the $200k, it is very possible and possibly easy.. when you are in a market that can sustain $500+ details. However, if you are in a market that can primarily sustain $200 details, then you need to consider the differences. Yes, if you do quality work, you can be successful, but don't think that with $500 in equipment everyone can do this... Also, this kid has drive, and not everyone does... push yourself and you can do this for a living too
Couldn't agree more! And if you have the right drive you'll take the plunge with moving to a better location too if need be!
am i supposed to use customers water?
what about water or electricity?
I’m a teenager starting a detailing company. How much should I charge? I clean the car with a pressure washer, foam cannon, rims, wheel barrels. And then interior vacuum and P&S express for the leather dashboard etc. I charge 40$ for all of that. Is that too cheap???
way too cheap
I need a van ready for my detail Buisness 🙏
Hey! New detailer here! Wondering how to go about cleaning leather without damaging it. I’m nervous on the expensive leather type of card.
All purpose cleaner at the right dilution ratio works just fine!
I dilute mine 16 parts water to 1 part APC. Same APC as mentioned in this video!
depends how super-concentrated your 5 gallon jug of APC is... I dilute mine roughly 97:3 and also use a steam cleaner on leather (just make sure you keep the steam cleaner moving and you're good)
Do you need to get insurance for this?
how do you feel about headlight restoration as an add on?
Fantastic option!
I charge $75 right now for headlights, used to charge $60. Takes minimal time to produce amazing results
@@HudsonArcher_Detailsthank you bro, would you mind putting together a video speaking about your methods of restoring headlights and perhaps include tips or tricks?
The poison fungus hot line said use bleach 😮😅😅😅😅😅
Is this in American dollars or Canadian dollars
Where is the description lol
is the RYOBI 1800 PSI Electric Pressure Washer. good for a starter?
The ryobi is good. But won’t last that long. Probably a year or so. The green works is the best for the price
couldnt even edge to this busted at 2:30
The fuck?
People pay over $100 for a car wash though? That’s wild . Good for you man
it’s not a regular car wash… most interior/ exterior details take 2-4 hours
Would it make sense to only do the interiors of vehicles and not the outside?
You should offer both services! Plenty of customers will choose just interior though
@@HudsonArcher_Details awesome, thank you!
Great video to the point and helped me a lot with my new business....would like it if you could help me with a few small things
So happy this helped! DM me directly on IG & we'll connect! instagram.com/hudarcher/
