Good video! I appreciate the advice its really concise, informed, and straightforward. I have two questions I would say. The first is did you work for a dealership or were in the detailing industry before going into mobile detailing or wish you had? And do you think investing time and delaying (lets say a year) in being in the mobile detailing industry would prevent me from getting as many high paying customers?

I prefer P&S Products. I have been using them for years and never did me wrong. But as ppl try new products they learn which ones they like more. Remember not all detailers are created equal. P.S not going to lie bro you are cheap. I would hire you to clean all my customers cars and just pay you your cheap rate while I pocket the rest.

As for the incentive part. Wouldn’t that make your employee’s quality of work go down? As all they’re focusing on is trying to get the job done as fast as possible.

If i want to start my own detailing business, but im planning on changing the state i live in in the next 1-2 years, should i start my LLC in the state i live in currently and then move it? Or is it better to keep it as a side hustle and gain experience and start my LLC when i move?

Dude so true bro!! Progression needs to happen in order to scale. Growth isn’t going to take place within a business with out taking actions to do so. Developing better methods to get customers, hiring employees, getting a van etc. Guys this information is so valuable and we’re getting it for free. Act!!
